Terms and conditions of appointment
This is a part-time non-executive appointment which is unremunerated. Reasonable travel expenses associated with the role are reimbursed. It is anticipated that the time commitment will be between 5-8 days per annum including Board meetings. There will be five Board meetings per year. Board meetings are usually held at the Institute. There could also be the need to undertake some travel in the context of representational or other functions. The appointment would be for an initial term of three years with the possibility of extension for a further three years.
