Entrepreneurial Leadership Everywhere WIN LAB® VENTURE ACCELERATOR 2024 marked the 11th year of the Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab®, a venture accelerator program designed by women entrepreneurs for women entrepreneurs and their allies The WIN Lab™ was created to address the lack of gender parity in entrepreneurship The program has won multiple awards for innovation and diversity, aiming to increasewomen'sparticipationasentrepreneurs
The WIN Lab's® curriculum focuses on four key areas: accountability, peer community, content sessions, and mentorship. The structured 10-week program offers an environment where participants are guided to set and track their own goals with regular feedback from a diverse group of professionals. Additionally, the WIN Lab® alleviates thelonelinessoftenexperiencedbysolofoundersbycultivatingacommunityofambitiousentrepreneurs.
