The exhibition will feature a variety of objects and artifacts from the rich and troubling cultural history of the Nyanza Colorant

Plant— one of the first businesses in the U.S. to chemically produce dye for textiles. The exhibition openly explores how color is tied to culture, time, location, optics, and subjectivity.
