Every city has its own "urban disease", and various historical buildings are one of them. The buildings are old and do not meet the needs of modern life, and the historical buildings occupy an important position in the city but have no practical use significance.
Therefore, under the condition of preserving the characteristics of historical buildings, some buildings near Shikumen were reconstructed, and the old buildings were reconstructed to give them new functions so that they could activate the surrounding areas.

Aiming at the phenomenon of "unfinished buildings" which is common in high-density urban development, this case designs the evaluation system of unfinished buildings and their surrounding plots, and analyzes their resource allocation. Through the matrix combination and proportion combination of functional modules, the resource allocation of the land where the rotten end building is located is adjusted and optimized, and different functional modules are embedded in the "unfinished building" for reuse.
The evaluation transformation system focuses on the re-optimization of urban liability assets and resource allocation, optimizing social mental health problems from the social level, and providing possible solutions to the hangover of the current real estate economy.

In Mianyang, the only approved "science and technology city" in China, we plan to build a science and technology incubator to promote the development of science and technology, while adding functional buildings that people need in daily life.
Nowadays, most of China's science and technology parks lack efficient communication systems, resulting in insufficient industrial agglomeration. Therefore, we have created an entire efficient agglomeration road network system through the "wool algorithm" to solve the problems faced by science and technology parks today.
