Summary Typical ENFP-A, I like to communicate and cooperate with people. Interested in everything new, believing that design should serve people and nature, and find uniqueness in commonality.

The advantage is that it has strong mobility and perception, and can always provide sincere self-communication to the outside. Although I have studied architectural design, urban design, and landscape architecture during my undergraduate and postgraduate studies, I hope to accumulate knowledge in various disciplines rather than being limited to individual majors. It is my ideal to make contributions with my profession.

PROJECT 1

The BREATHING Dikes PROJECT 1 location: Dordrecht, the Netherlands

Dordrecht is a city and municipality in the west of the Netherlands. Dordrecht is rich in culture due to its long and important role in Dutch history. However, Dordrecht’s future is threatened by a flooding crisis because of the city’s unique delta topography and concerns about climate change and rising sea levels.

However, the city’s unique ecology and ancient dyke system provide an opportunity to solve this problem. By collecting, replicating and utilizing sediment to create new salt marshes, the designers propose landscaped urban infrastructure to restore eroded coastlines and provide long-term protection for the city.

Through dual data analysis of residents’ current and future needs, the designers propose proactive The solution: recreational space and more employment opportunities.

Turning the dikes into ecological corridors integrates diffrent parts of land area. It is also the basis for the design of the base road network system.

Existing waterways on the site, and potential waterways developed in response to flooding, can be planned and designed as dynamic water systems that allow for diverse habitats.

Ultraviolet (UV) radiation has become a common method of final disinfection during municipal plant wastewater treatment. Specific wavelengths of UV light destroy the genetic information of microorganisms, such as DNA and RNA, making them unable to reproduce.

“The Shape of Water”-Water Education Centre, Dordrecht

The establishment of landscape architecture for water purification projects not only brings economic benefits, but also contributes to the ecology of Dordrecht, especially the wetland park and forest park in the south. This can undoubtedly become a catalyst for the development of tourism and an important place to study the ecological impact of purified water.

Therefore, this project was born to provide visitors with a public space for recreation, research and water education.

HISTORY NEW CONNECTED WATERWAY PURIFICATION

CONCEPT “THE SHAPE OF WATER” Water Resources Education and Management Center is designed with flood resources and surrounding ecological energy, recognizing that the wetland landscape to the south is a fragile ecosystem because the water source of the newly developed river channel comes from polluted floods and sewage to the east The purification plant is responsible for cleaning these floodwaters, and the project is used to study the role of the purified water in the ecosystem and as a public space open to tourists and residents.

These include the following functions: a water purification research center and laboratory, a visitor experience venue, a conference center, a wetland transportation hub and shopping mall, a business-class hotel, a centralized retail shopping and dining experience, and an aquatics center and other supporting facilities facing the wetland landscape. .

According to the extension or dispersion of the road to form a unified gathering of people and different destinations, the roof garden pedestrian walkway is arranged.

The prototypes of the arranged sidewalks are taken from branches and rivers, which can be well integrated into the landscape, and can also be integrated with trees in the park or tree-like energy base stations.

The landscape design in the base continues the texture of the landscape park, while matching the stepped terrain to generate pedestrian areas.

The interior space of the building also continues the tree-like texture, and the prototype is internalized to create a unique structure and space.

The internal circulation mainly reflects the three internal functions and their corresponding circulation lines. The lobby, the most important, undertakes the functions of transportation and exhibition, and is an important public space inside the building. Therefore, leisure public areas such as cafes and restaurants also are arranged in this area.

The spatial layout of the water purification laboratory is mainly around the most important rainwater collection system in the center, and also reflects the shape of the streamline of the crowd, and other functions are also arranged according to the basic surrounding form.

The performance hall is a space for watching performances, which is sometimes rented out for commercial use. The bottom two floors are the entrances and exits to water activities and the management office. The height of the building and the streamline conform to the topography, allowing people to naturally lead to the direction of the river.
