Facebook has completely rewritten the React Framework: All the highlights From Facebook’s #F8 2017 Day 1


Facebook’s annual programmer summit, #F8 2017 is up and running at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California.Software developers from around the world have traveled to learn about the Facebook’s latest technology initiatives. The conference has announced an augmented reality developer program, security, bots, group chat bots, building native games and virtual reality version of Facebook.But, that’s not at all. From the latest updates, we have got to know that Facebook has completely rewritten the React, its popular JavaScript library for building user interfaces.The company hasn’t previously stated anything about the React Fiber, but the 10th annual conference seems like the right platform to talk and announce about. So from now onwards, React programmers will be able to get their hands on successor React Fiber after the launch of React 16.0 as React 15.5.0 was launched earlier on this month.

Here are some big announcements fromFacebook’s #F8 keynote Day 1: It would be possible to make your own still 2D filters for Facebook’s camera. Facebook enterprise businesses “workplace” has added chat bots, which is incorporated with file sharing services like Salesforce and Box. Programmers can build AR selfie masks,create interactive games and add virtual objects to the reality just like a TV or a chessboard. In the same conference, FB announced an augmented reality developer platform, a virtual reality version and group chat bots and a virtual reality version of Facebook. Now FB’s isopen sourcing its tool – Litho to build its own Android app. Facebook’s JavaScript framework React received two new updates. Now programmers can quickly build virtual reality content. React Fiber is completely re-write of the React framework that is designed to power the imagery-heavy experiences. Facebook Spaces will allow three friends to hang out in a virtual room. Where users can draw, chat, watch 360 videos, make Messenger video calls and can take VR selfies. Facebook Insights will bring some significant updates for the Page as well as business owners. AIcan now scan users analytics and will highlight essential changes.
