INTRODUCTION • In the last centuries, Technology has avanced fastly, and we had a considerable impact on the ecosystems destruction. • Today ,we’re beginning to change, and we want to save marine animals and their ecosystems.
INTRODUCTION •
In this process, whales and dolphins have been hunted near till their extinction.
• Turtles, fish and seals have been hunted too because they are good “material” to make products that we consume.
ENDANGERED ANIMALS • Sea-lion, Steller (Eumetopias jubatus)

CAUSES • Rivers, seas, oceans and lakes contamination: – With oil: we throw into the sea 4 million tons of oil. – With acid rain: vegetables and animals have been afected for this kind of rain. Fish poblations have been reduced and in the worst case, they have disappeared.
CAUSES – Organic waste: when these types of waste are in excess, the number of bacerias grow and take all the oxygen. – Inorganic chemicals – Inorganic vegetables nutrients
CAUSES – Sediment. – Radioactive materials. – Thermal pollution: hot water produced by power plants increase rivers, lakes, seas and oceans water temperature
CAUSES – Overfishing – The introduction of foreign species : humans introduce foreign species and they must adapt to that different ecosystem, so, trophic chains change.
SOLUTIONS • Oil is the most important cause of the species disappearance, so we can do the following for prevent oil spill: -Reuse oil and fats. -Use and waste less oil. -Prohibit oil drilling in ecologically sensitive areas to pollution.
