For those who are not familiar with this area of Oklahoma, Broken Arrow is a suburb south and east of Tulsa. It is easily accessible from the Tulsa International Airport or from major highways coming from all directions.

The fountain and countryside landscape will create an everlasting memory for your special event. Arrow Springs will accommodate groups up to 150.

We have a beautiful conference facility that accommodates up to 55 guests with many optional services, including media equipment and catering available upon request.

Our complete set of services and planners will make everything run smoothly and end in success. Room usage includes: setup, tables, chairs, and clean-up.

Broken Arrow History Museum 400 South Main Street 918-258-2616 Third Floor Meeting Room: Room is square, 28 x28 ft., and is carpeted. Media equipment includes a 42” TV with DVD player and also a pull down screen.

Projector not provided. Tables and chairs are available for 60 (round tables seat 54). Terrace space provides nice view and space is 18x52 ft. on south and 18x32 ft. on west. Additional smaller terrace overlooks Main Street. Lobby is 8x8 ft. Catering kitchen is 10x10 ft.

Elevator access. First Floor Gallery: Space is 25x40 ft.

Nienhuis Park Community Center 3201 North 9th Street 918-259-6550 Theatre 80 people, classroom 50 people. Tables and chairs supplied. Serving kitchen attached to meeting room. This 109 acre site features a Community Center and a Youth Football Complex. The gymnasium addition and swimming pool opened early in 2007, and the skate park opened in the fall of 2007. A pond on the southeast corner of the park is stocked with blue gill and catfish and available for fishing.

• Visitor Packets - We respectfully request 15 days notice if you are requesting your visitor bags. Complimentary visitor bags will be given to those groups who book a minimum of five hotel room nights.

• Welcome letters - Upon request, the Broken Arrow CVB can provide a welcome letter for your special event signed by our Mayor and/or elected officials.

• Photo and Copy Inventory - For your meeting registration and programs, photos and editorial copy about Broken Arrow is available for your use, free of charge.
