BDGRMMR

BDGRMMR (pronounced Bad Grammar) is an artist collective founded in the summer of 2012 by multimedia artist Yulan Grant, writer Justin Allen and sound artist Brandon Owens (NU GROWTH). Taking its name from stereotypes of inarticulacy surrounding African diasporic language, their zine focuses on the lives and work of queer artists of color and has been featured at the NY ART BOOK FAIR, in the Bureau of General Services – Queer Division’s book Future Perfect and anthologized in Printed Matter’s QUEER ZINES 2.
