BAHRAIN POST SERVICES

Bahrain Post has launched its official postal service mobile app, which is available on both Android and iOS devices. It comes packed with features, which means fewer needless trips to your local post office!

The app is provided by the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications (MTT) in efforts to improve the efficiency of the delivery services and online tracking of postal packages within Bahrain, saving users time and effort.

The application provides users with the following eServices:

• Mailbox Renewal: Enables users to renew their Mailbox subscription and update their contact details.

• Postal Tracking: Enables users to track their postal packages delivery status relating to Bahrain Post.

• Fee Calculator: Enables users to calculate the costs of sending packages locally and internationally.

• Locator: Enables users to view locations and contact details of the post offices and the public mailboxes within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

• Stamp Gallery: Gallery that showcases all postal Bahraini stamps created, a favourite option for stamp enthusiasts.

• Notifications: Enables users to receive notifications for any postal status changes.

Of course, Bahrain Post still operates numerous branches across the Kingdom which offer the above services, plus physical mail posting. If users encounter any issues with the Bahrain Post app or have any enquiries, they can use the national suggestions and complaints portal bahrain.bh/tawasul.
