WALWORTH THEATRE LIBRARY Type: Academic Year: 2018 (ongoing) The graduation project featuring an extension and refurbishment of the Walworth Town Hall in Elephant & Castle, that was damaged by a fire in 2013. The refurbished Town Hall provides a brand new restaurant, atrium, small screening space, offices and a library. The extension houses a small theatre for drama acts and an independent dance studio. The project is aimed at connecting different communities of Elephant & Castle, as well as paying tribute to the Coronet, an iconic local theatre that has been lost to regeneration.

RE: Bahram Yaradanguliyev
I’m writing this letter of recommendation with great enthusiasm and strong support for Bahram Yaradanguliyev. Bahram participated in an internship at FMA from June to August 2017. Though his time at FMA was short, he worked on several projects and competitions such as the Harrods Toy Department, a single-family house in Hove, and the Tallinn Department Store Competition. Bahram was highly committed and proved capable of responding to new situations that arose during the design process. He fully dedicates himself to each task he was entrusted with. He also has a wonderful character and proved to be a popular member of the office. I see great potential and promise in his future career and I’m confident that he will make positive contributions to any office or academic institution. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any additional information.

29 May 2018 To Whom It May Concern: I am exceptionally pleased to write a letter of recommendation on behalf of Bahram Yaradanguliyev. I know Bahram well, having worked with him as his studio tutor during his third year of undergraduate studies. Bahram has impressed me, as he has impressed others, as a designer of intelligence and talent, the qualities we find in our best students. He is a mature and responsible student and I highly recommend him as a Part I Architectural Assistant. Bahram is a curious and motivated young man who, I believe, will contribute to our industry in the most positive ways. He is independent and creative with the ability to learn through research, observations and practice, and to turn his understanding into design. His interests drive his curiosity beyond just the building scale and extend it into urban questions relating to the society as a whole as well as the individual’s experience of the built form. He is able to engage with large-scale urban regeneration problems as well as design options for small building elements, including his special interest in interior design, making him an ideal candidate to work in any creative work environment. As evident in his portfolio, Bahram's creativity helps him to make the leaps between learning and producing. His engagement with the industry through internships, mentorships and volunteering make him an outstanding example for young students. He is dedicated, enthusiastic and a quick learner. I do not hesitate to give my strongest recommendation for his employment. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. Yours sincerely, Anna Czigler Project Architect at ACME London, UK. Design Tutor at Newcastle University, UK.
