Group policy A group is defined as four (4) or more suites, or more than eight (8) persons travelling together. As an intimate and boutique property, strict conditions apply when making multiple or group reservations: • Group bookings are only accepted on an exclusive use basis. Such a reservation requires all nine (9) suites are booked, regardless of occupancy. • A minimum three (3) night stay is required for all group bookings. • Discount, package or contract rates are not generally applicable to group bookings. • Group reservations are not available from September to April inclusive. Exceptions may be considered based on application and are subject to group specifics and surcharge. • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to secure the reservation. The deposit may be transferred, subject to availability and rate adjustment, if the arrival date changes up to twelve (12) months prior to arrival. It must, however, be utilised within twelve (12) months of the original arrival date, if not the deposit will be forfeited. • Full prepayment for all accommodation is required two (2) months prior to arrival, and is non-refundable or transferable. • No refund can be given in the event of a non-arrival, for any unused services or unused nights due to flight/weather disruption. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • A security bond may apply. • The maximum table capacity in the Capella restaurant is six (6) guests (not applicable to exclusive use bookings). • Additional charges may apply for group co-ordination and logistics.
