Perfectly positioned, almost cantilevered over the flowing waters of the Mossman River, the Jungle Perch invites guests to enjoy an evening drink and snack prior to dinner.
Versatile and spacious, the Marrdja Pavilion is a generously manageable openair space with views of the Mossman River and a feeling of tranquillity, perfect for early morning yoga, corporate workshops, conferences and private dining.
Leading from the lounge and bar, the Kubirri Lounge offers an opportunity for small groups to experience an intimate setting for up to 12 guests, perfect for special celebratory evening dining, or perhaps a small executive meeting during the day.
A thriving kitchen garden of more than 100 plant types including the Mt White finger lime, pandan and tamarind provides both singing-fresh ingredients for the table as well as a relaxed, outdoor setting for guests to enjoy lunch or early dinner drinks and snacks.

Getting there
Silky Oaks Lodge is located 20 minutes' drive from Port Douglas, 45 minutes' drive from Palm Cove and 75 minutes' drive from Cairns.
The lodge is easily accessed from Cairns Airport, an international gateway with daily flights.
Self-drive is a popular option, with the journey by road meandering through Queensland’s trademark cane fields and along the coast overlooking the sparkling Coral Sea.
