Leisure Group Policy A leisure group is defined as five or more suites travelling together. As an intimate and boutique property, some special conditions apply to ad hoc group bookings; • The standard minimum length of stay for any group is two nights, however stays of one night may be permitted on a request basis between Sunday and Thursday nights outside of peak periods.

Non-exclusive use groups For non-exclusive groups, to ensure minimal impact on other guests, the following special conditions apply; • The maximum number of suites that can be booked for a non-exclusive group is 12. • Appellation has a maximum table size of six (6) guests - larger groups will be required to dine at two or more tables or in the Private Dining Room, up to a capacity of 12 guests. A group size of 12 guests or more will be required to dine in the Hermitage Room or Contour and must be pre-booked at time of booking. • Contour has a maximum table size of 20 guests - larger groups will be required to dine at two or more tables or in the Hermitage Room and must be pre-booked at time of booking. • Public speaking is not permitted in the main lodge areas unless in the privacy of the Private Dining Room or Hermitage Room and must be arranged in advance.

Exclusive use groups The following conditions apply to exclusive use group bookings; • Group bookings of 13 suites or more are generally only accepted on an exclusive use basis. • Separate booking terms and conditions apply to exclusive use groups and will be presented at time of enquiry.
