What is CRR? Bair Believes in Families! Bair’s Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) is a therapeutic program provided in a Host Home setting. CRR supports children and youth ages 5-21 who have been diagnosed with a behavioral health disorder and who are also experiencing stressors which makes it difficult to reside in their family environment. The goal of the program is for youth to develop skills in an effort to reduce and eliminate challenging behaviors and to promote a successful reunification via a comprehensive treatment model. The youth, the identified reunification family and the host home family members are all engaged in this model. The Bair Foundation incorporates three specific domains in our treatment model: the reunification and host home families, the Bair treatment team, and involved community stakeholders (county personnel, schools, psychiatrists, psychologists, pediatricians, and insurance companies).
