K6000 VANILLA is a liquid freshness enhancer which is free of preservatives to help prolong the shelf-life of industrially manufactured cakes. The liquid technology of this synergistic blend is particularly suitable for all kinds of packed snack cakes, sponge cakes, pound cakes, muffins and injected fillings with a shelf-life of up to 30 days. K6000 VANILLA effectively inhibits the growth of mould and enhances freshness over time without the use of preservatives. Add the product K6000 VANILLA together with other liquids, such as eggs, water or oil, directly at the beginning of the mixing process. Remove the same amount of liquid from your recipe, as you add K6000 VANILLA.
