This also includes a lack of expressing "knowledge-appropriate" communication, which occurs when a person uses ambiguous or complex legal words, medical jargon, or descriptions of a situation or environment that is not understood by the recipient.
Environmental noise Physical barriers occurs due to the nature of the environment. Loud places, obstacles on the communication channel, or different location of the the communicators. Bad or outdated equipment, failure of management to introduce new technology, may also cause problems. If we do not see people that we communicate with, we cannot see their true reactions to our words. For good communication, we should feel ourselves comfortably, see each other and our body language.

Cultural noise Stereotypical assumptions can cause misunderstandings. People who blindly hold on to some symbols or believes can be successfully mislead by others, but also easily offended â&#x20AC;&#x201D; that can be a problem within communication. We should not be extra careful with what we say, but be in a open position- aware that others can have cultural rules contradictory to ours.

Syntactical noise Individual linguistic ability, can create problems within communication.So, grammar mistakes, abrupt changes in verb tense during a sentence can disrupt communication. Also the use of jargon, difficult or inappropriate words in communication can prevent the recipients from understanding the message. Poorly explained or misunderstood messages can also result in confusion.

Attitudinal barriers are related to psychological conditions of sender and receiver of the message. They both should be focus and be open for communication.
