Ensure the measuring tape is comfortable—not too tight, not too loose. Finally, compare the measurements to the size charts for the perfect match.

A - HEIGHT

Take off your shoes, bring your feet together, and stand against a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.

B - CHEST

Stand tall with arms lifted overhead and measure around the fullest part of the chest.

C - WAIST

Stand upright and measure around the natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of the waist.
