Batangas Prov launches Adolescent Health and Development Program BATANGAS City – TO ensure that Batangueño adolescents are wellinformed, responsible, empowered, and God-centered as they work to reach their full potentials, the Provincial Government of Batangas formally launched the Adolescent Health and Development Program (AHDP) Tri-City Model at the Provincial Auditorium recently. With the Provincial Health Office as lead agency and supported by the Department of Health, Department of Education, USAID and RTI International, the AHDP Tri-City Model is to be implemented by the City Health Offices of Lipa City, Batangas City and Tanauan City. Gov. Vilma Santos Recto led the project launch and formally welcomed the program stakeholders, participants and guests, including USAID’s Nathan Hilgendorf and Maria Gracelda Las Piñas; RTI International’s Cathy Fort; and USAID Luzon Health Project team, led by Easter Dasmariñas. The 3 cities shall partner with public and private schools, including Batangas National High School, Batangas State University, Lyceum of the Philippines – High School, Lipa City National High School, The Lipa Grace Academy, Bernardo Lirio Memorial National High School and Christian College of Tanauan); LGU health centers and rural health

units; and, government hospitals, such as the Batangas Medical Center, Lipa City District Hospital and Laurel Memorial District Hospital, for the setting up and operation of Teen Health Kiosks, which intend to provide young Batangueños with quality adolescent-friendly health services that will promote and protect their safety and well-being. Teen Health Kiosks seek to address issues, such as teen pregnancies, among others, which, according to Provincial Health Officer Dr. Rosvilinda Ozaeta, has been increasing at an alarming rate in Batangas Province. In 2015, there were 826 recorded pregnant teenage mothers in Batangas City, 839 in Lipa City and 429 in Tanauan City. Said data does not include pregnant teens who did not seek prenatal services from government health facilities. The program is also designed to be a platform for Batangueño youth to be heard by and be partners with health service providers and school and community leaders. Aniya pa, kung kinakailangang mapalitang lahat ang mga nakaupong tauhan ng pulisya sa kaniyang munisipyo ay nanaisin din niya, kung iyon ang magiging susi upang matiyak na maging matagumpay ang kampanya. “Asahan ninyo na may pagbabagong magaganap sa loob ng dalawang buwan sa ating bayan hinggil sa ating pakikipaglaban sa ipinagbabawal na gamot. Ito ay magiging posible sa pakikipagtulungan ng ating mga barangay captains sa pamamagitan ng masuing pagbabantay sa kanilang barangay at pagbibigay sa amin ng impormasyong pwede naming magamit sa pagsasakatuparan ng ating plano,” paniniguro ng uupong alkalde. Bukod kay Alilio, nagbigay rin ng mensahe ang kaniyang maybahay na si outgoing Mayor Charisma M. Alilio, si PCI Dwight F. Fonte, Jr., hepe ng Lemery PNP, at si municipal legal officer, Atty. Samantala, tinalakay rin sa forum ang pagpapatupad ng curfew sa mga menor-de-edad o kabataang may edad 18-pababa. “Titiyakin po natin na wala ng kabataang lalaboy sa kalaliman ng gabi o makikitang nasa lansangan o galaan, sapagkat mahigpit po nating ipatutupad ang curfew na ito,” pahayag naman ni Fonte.

IT’S amazing that even as Christ was already talking about his impending passion, death, and resurrection, two of his apostles, James and John, were more interested in occupying special places in heaven—that they may sit “one at your right and the other at your left.” (cfr. Mk 10, 32-45) This elicited a sharp rebuke from Christ and the clarification that “whoever wishes to be first among you will be the slave of all. For the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Before saying those words, he told them: “You know that those who are recognized as rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones make their authority over them felt. But it shall not be so among you.” These words are a timely reminder for all of us, and especially our newly-elected public officials, who wield a certain authority over others due to our position and status in life. They clearly spell out how our attitude should be with respect to power and authority that we can have. Power and authority is meant for serving. To serve is the language and the expression of love. It authenticates any affirmation of love we do, converting it from intention to tangible reality. This is the attitude meant for us, with God himself as the exemplar. Imagine, Christ served us by dying on the cross. Before that, he shocked his apostles when he insisted that he be allowed to wash their feet. That was to give an example to them, and us, so that what he did we would also do to one another. The angels too, superior to us in nature, are made to serve us, following a divine law articulated by Christ himself when he said: “Let him who is greatest among you become as the youngest, and him who is the chief as the servant.” (Lk 22,26) We need to be more keenly aware of this law. This is truly what is good for us, providing us with the basic source of strength and consistency we need as we grapple with life’s endless challenges. Before we worry about the big and destructive enemies of our soul, we have to realize that our most insidious foe is right within us, when this attitude of serving others is not firmly established in our mind and heart. That it was James and John who made that questionable request only shows how easy it is for us who try to be close to God to fall for the tricks of our soul’s enemies. They most likely were motivated by the best intentions. Still, those intentions were wrong. Like them, we could be subjectively loving, but objectively not so. Thus, the need to constantly rectify our intentions. It is this missing attitude of wanting to serve in each one of us that sooner or later grows into social and cultural proportions, then into something global with ideological supporting structures, that offers the seed, sun, and water for the big enemies we have against our spiritual life. The absence of this attitude nullifies whatever big and ardent professions of love we may have toward God and others. Our desire to love could not soar into the flight of authentic love when this eagerness to serve is absent. Any attempt to love with this attitude not in place would be plain mimickry. It would attract many problems and anomalies. It will drown in the quicksands of pride, vanity, envy, jealousy, and the other subtle forms of egoism. It cannot survive the mere tests of differences of characters and opinions, for example. This eagerness to serve really has to be worked out, because with our fallen and wounded nature, every pore of our being tends to go against the law of love expressed in service that God meant for us. We need to pause and reflect to get a clear view of our predicament, then beg and pray for God’s grace for we can do nothing without it, and then little by little, day by day, start to develop the mind and the skills to bring us always ready and happy to serve. Let us remember that the fall of the angels started when one of them said, “I will not serve.” Our first parents fell because they too chose to serve themselves instead of God. Every sin and moral evil has in its core the virus of not wanting to serve. Assault on human rights PHILIPPINES’ human rights scorecard is always at its lowest when it comes to protecting the vulnerable from abuse and violence. The most recent violations refer to summary killings of journalists presumably by the elements tied to local politicians. Political personalities in the national level seem more tolerant to media-bashing than those involved in local politics. Recent media events showed that the Philippine human rights scorecard is bound to sink more at its lowest in the coming days. First is the public parade of suspected criminals at the behest of a local mayor and secondly, the killing alleged drug suspects in the different of the country by police operatives in the conduct of their anti-drug campaigns. Confounding this are pronouncements of incoming administration officials who warned criminals of more deaths and the invitation to the public to shoot drug pushers in order to stop their nefarious criminal activities. Not to be little is the implied discredit on the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) when the incoming President called on its officials to resign from their positions for their opinion against his certain actuations.

With the impending total war on crimes, it is not difficult to see that there will be systematic assault on the CHR to prevent it from checking the abuses which might be committed in the conduct of the said war. It is not that criminals should be treated only like spoil kids. On the contrary, criminals must should be dealt harshly by the strong arm of the law. However, government officials should be reminded that they cannot just disregard the limitations that the law establishes to protect the public from abuses and official transgressions. As enforcers of the law, they should be the first one to show fidelity to its mandate. Political tyranny is not the only enemy of democracy. Reckless disregard of the rule of law and obsessive loyalty to a nebulous moral code are also extremely dangerous to democracy. Public officials are elected to office to ensure that the public good is served by official actions within the limits of the law. Those entrusted with power to rule over the rest of society must always remember that they are only temporary holders of the authority to govern. In due time, they will account for the prerogatives which they temporarily enjoy. They cannot act as if they are masters who can do everything they wish, albeit in the name of the sovereign that they promise to protect. They should be servants of the law, not its masters and overlords. The Philippines is treading along a dangerous ground. We should keep a watchful eye on the package that the incoming administration is promising to deliver for the public good. We should stand fast for human rights if we wish to keep democracy and freedom parts of the political life of our people. Those the coming tide is still uncertain, we should always be prepared to face whatever the waves will be bringing us in the future.|

Digong and Leni WHEN I left the country, the president was Noynoy; when I returned, it was Digong. Not having had the chance to vote, I had no “dirty finger” to show off to kababayans abroad. Sad, but obligations as a member of the Ecumenical Jury at Cannes Film Festival compelled me to be in Cannes, France, by May 9 for pre-festival meetings. But the hectic schedule that stretched from my arrival up to the festival’s conclusion on May 22 wouldn’t stop me from updating myself online on the election’s outcome. I didn’t get to meet that many Filipinos in Cannes but the ones I did—I was surprised to discover—were really keeping abreast of goings-on in the country’s political arena. I was even more surprised when an Indian national who saw Brillante Mendoza’s competing film, “Ma Rosa”, casually said over an official lunch, “I am sure your new president will like that film, about corrupt police and drugs.” My standard question for Pinoys encountered was, “What do you think of the new president?” “Did you vote for him? Why? Or Why not? Outside of the festival, most of the feedback that came under my radar was from OFWs coming home for a vacation—a miner from Brazil, a housewife from Amsterdam, a teacher/DH from London, an engineer from Nice, handymen from Italy, etc. I met and struck casual chats with them while airborne, at airport lounges from Amsterdam through Taipei to Manila, in the immigration control queues, and even while in line for a cab that took forever to arrive at Manila’s Terminal 3. No wasted time for this super snoop trying to feel the pulse of the man on the street. While not all of them voted for “Du30”, most of their responses were variations on the same theme— “wait and see”. Samples: “Sige lang, nandiyan na ‘yan eh, sana nga mabago niya ang bansa.” (Let it go, it’s done, let’s hope he changes the country.) “Binoto ko siya kahit ayaw ng mga magulang ko, kasi bilib ako sa tapang niya, kaya tingnan natin papaano niya tutuparin ang mga pinangako niya.” (I voted for him against my parents’ wishes because I believe in his guts, so let’s see how he will keep his promises.) What I find kind of

unnerving was the parallel between the comments of the first respondent (the engineer I met in Cannes) and the last (the taxi driver that brought be home). It’s a pity I was unable to record it—it was so unexpected. In their own style, they said the same thing: “Yang si Duterte hinayaan lang iyan manalo kasi malakas. Hindi ‘yan magtatagal. Papatayin din nila ‘yan tapos iuupo nila si Leni, babae na wala pang alam, madali nilang madidiktahan.” (They only let Duterte win because he’s popular. He will not last long. They will also kill him and make Leni president, who’s ignorant besides being a woman, therefore they can easily push her around.) The taxi driver added: “Kawawang Leni, ang laki-laki pa naman ng ngiti niya, akala niya nanalo siya—gagamitin lang, parang bagong Cory.” (Poor Leni, smiling so widely thinking she has won—they’ll only use her, like a new Cory.) This prompted me to ask him, “Ke Marcos ka ba?” (Are you for Marcos?) He snapped, “Hindi! Binay-Chiz ako!” (No, I’m for Binay-Chiz!) I must admit the taxi driver’s candor and his opinion reflecting the engineer’s stopped me dead in my tracks. From where could these two men—10,711 kilometers apart from each other—have drawn such eerie conclusions? Do they have intelligence men in the family? Do they have access to the diaries of the likes of Panfilo Lacson? Are they experienced international spies? In the horrible Manila traffic I had to feign sleep so the taxi driver would stop talking. “Kuya, iidlip muna ko, ha?” (Brother, may I take a nap?) He had said enough—enough to stir my dormant memory to recall my readings on the atrocious deeds “internationalists” have committed for decades against national leaders too smart or too patriotic to kowtow to them. These “internationalists” with blinding greed for the resources of (usually) developing nations pressure leaders to “cooperate” with them, and when they don’t, they pressure them to resign, or they assassinate them, for one. They also ignite coups and civil wars, arm citizens to kill their fellow countrymen, destabilize societies, depose elected but uncooperative politicians and install their own puppets, while keeping their

ROSARIO,Batangas – IN a very simple ceremony, the 329th Founding Anniversary of Rosario town kicked-off with the famous Sinublian Festival last Thursday. Mayor Manuel Alvarez led the ceremony by declaring that the First Class municipality of Rosario is celebrating its 329th Founding Year with the theme “Mahalin ang Bayan ng Rosario, Maging Bahagi ng Asenso”. Different religious groups in Rosario set the tone of the celebration followed by the singing of National Anthem and the Himno ng Rosario. “Hangad ko pong patuloy pa nating mapaunlad at mapaganda ang ating mahal na bayan ng Rosario,” Alvarez quipped. Known for its rich agricultural lands and farm products, Rosario town is also a home to a famous

Batangueño kakanin, sinukmani. Sinukmani is a sweetened glutinous rice mixed with coco milk and sugar. To make a delicious sinukmani, the glutinous rice or malagkit is cooked in a kettle or casserole like ordinary rice for regular meals. However, when the malagkit is already tender and halfcooked, it will be removed from heat. Then the coco milk mixed with sugar will be heated in a big carajay or tulyasi under a very moderate fire. Then the half-cooked malagkit will be put to the mixture of cocomilk and sugar and will be stirred constantly until the malagkit is fully cooked. The sinukmani is best flattened in a big winnowing pan covered by banana leaves. At least 93 entries representing different barangays, schools, business establishments joined the festival with their best decorated and

best presented sinukmani booths. The entry of the Batangas II Electric Cooperative (Batelec 2) was awared 1st place with Php 10,000 cash prize. Barangay E seconded with Php 5,000 cash prize, while Rosario Resort and Hotel was 3rd place with Php 3,00 cash prize. As the sinukmani entries are displayed, a group of senior citizens showcased their talents in dancing subli, a famous religious dance authentic to the Batangueños using bamboo strips as props. In the past, the town foundation day is always marked with the Sinukmani Festival. If there is any other action or proceeding which is pending, or should I thereafter learn that a similar action or proceeding has been filed or is pending before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or other divisions thereof, or any other tribunal or agency, I hereby undertake to report that fact or the status thereof within five (5) days therefrom to this Honorable Court.

On January 09, 2015, after several verbal demands to surrender the titles, Petitioner caused its lawyer to send by registered mail to Respondent Spouses a demand letter for them to hand over possession of the Owner’s Duplicate Copy of Transfer Certificates of Title Nos. 064-2010000617, 064-2012000654, 0642012000653 and T-97311 to it for proper registration of the Affidavit of Consolidation of Ownership with the Registry of Deeds of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro. However, despite said demand, respondent Spouses failed/refused and continue to withhold the same from Petitioner without just cause; 13. Is La Niña already around us!

DILG to LGUs: Prepare for La Niña AS the rainy season is about to start, Secretary Mel Senen S. Sarmiento of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) is calling on all local government units (LGUs) to carry out the disaster preparedness measures under Operation Listo. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the current El Niño is already in its decaying stage and there is a possible rise of La Niña during the second half of 2016. PAGASA particularly warned the provinces of Isabela, Quezon, Samar, Leyte, Surigao, Agusan and Bicol of the developing La Niña. In a directive, Sarmiento urged all provincial governors, city and municipal mayors, and DILG regional directors to take precautionary measures in their respective areas of responsibility. “LGUs are encouraged to convene their respective Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Councils to prepare a La Niña Action Plan; closely coordinate with PAGASA for timely weather updates and with the DENR-Mines and Geosciences Bureau for adequate information on the threat of flooding and rainfallinduced landslides within the respective LGU,” said Sarmiento. He also directed LGUs to regularly submit a status report to the DILG, through its Field and Regional Offices, on all La Niña related incidents, including planning, preparations and general assessments. Operation Listo Sarmiento also reminds LGUs to implement the early preparedness actions listed in the Operation Listo Manuals for hydro-meteorological hazards namely the (1) Checklist of Critical Preparations for Mayors, (2) Checklist of Early Preparations for Mayors, and (3) Checklist for Municipal Local Government Operations Officers, Chiefs of Police, and Fire Marshalls. These manuals lay down disaster preparedness minimum standards before, during, and after a disaster. There are four General Actions to be undertaken proactively by local chief executives to be able to carry out the functions during the critical period when an advisory or alert is issued by PAGASA: (1) create the

local Disaster Risk Reduction Management structures and systems to be mobilized; (2) institutionalize policies and plans; (3) build the competency of the created structures through various trainings; and (4) complement the competency by purchasing and preparing the needed hardware and supplies to equip the actions. “As the Manuals say, these are done during ‘peace time’ or when no immediate threat of a disaster. Tamang paghahanda, tamang aksyon. This is what Operation Listo reminds everyone that we must be preemptive instead of reactive,” said Sarmiento. Operation Listo is an advocacy program of the DILG which aims to strengthen disaster preparedness of LGUs using the whole-of-government approach. Its first component called Listong Pamahalaang Lokal was launched in 2014 which institutionalized local protocols for disaster preparedness, response and monitoring. “The goal is always zero casualty. The effectiveness of implementing Operation Listo is evident when we had no casualty in places affected by Bagyong Chedeng in Regions 2 and 3 including Pampanga last year,” Sarmiento points out. Listong Pamayanan and Listong Pamilyang Pilipino Last month, President Benigno S. Aquino III led the DILG’s launching of two new components of Operation Listo: the Listong Pamayanan and Listong Pamilyang Pilipino. Listong Pamayanan are a capacity development interventions that started from LGUs and to be cascaded to the community; and the Listong Pamilyang Pilipino focuses on the family and household level preparedness. In Listong Pamilyang Pilipino, the DILG partners with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in distributing "Gabay at Mapa", which is a family guide to action before, during and after a disaster. It requires families to make a household plan determining their evacuation routes, family meeting points, and safe places in their home. Families are advised to prepare their e-Balde, or Emergency Balde, which contains essential items to be brought during evacuation, such as ready-to-eat food, three gallons of water, medicine, first-aid and hygiene kits, clothes, flashlights, and radios.|

SEPTEMBER 28, 2002 was a memorable date for the Archdiocese of Manila. Twelve deacons were ordained to the priesthood by then Auxiliary Bishop Socrates Villegas. It was exactly twenty one years ago to that day that the archdiocese had the same large number of ordinandi. But it was a big day not only because of the number. It was a big day also because of the quality of those to be ordained. Bishop Soc said, “My dear twelve deacons, yes you are good but you are not good enough. You are not good enough to be priests. Remember that always”. I was one of those twelve and he started off by introducing each one of us by name. Surprisingly, he described us using very kind and generous words that left all of us humbled, quietly grateful, and calmly proud. But just as quick as the praises, Bishop Soc suddenly dropped the bombshell that we are not good enough to be priests and we should not forget it! That day marked for me a significant realization of what the priesthood is all about. We priests can be good administrators, excellent homilists, effective recollection or retreat masters, successful builders, efficient school directors, valuable professors or formators, most sought after counselors or spiritual directors, but priesthood remains to be an undeserved gift. We are undeserving of it because of our sinfulness. Bishop Soc continued, “Look into your hearts my dear deacons, and you will see there the mystery of sinfulness. Thanks be to God your confessors are not allowed to talk to the Cardinal (Jaime L. Sin, DD) because if he could hear half of what you have disclosed to your confessors, you will not be here”. Some call priesthood a “divine scandal”. Meaning, Christ calls and chooses unworthy men but despite this unworthiness He qualifies them to be ministers tasked to lead the faithful to God. This may be confusing for some because only the best and the most perfect are supposed to be entrusted with this considerable and noble mission. But such is priesthood. It is a gratuitous gift that comes from the Lord. This explains why during the ordination the Bishop says, “After consulting the people of God and those concerned with the formation of the candidates, we now rely on the help of God”. Meaning, the ultimate determination of the candidates’ worthiness rests on God. But more importantly, we do not have in our midst the most perfect and the best man for the job, simply because no human being is.

His Holiness Pope Francis celebrating the Holy Eucharist.| None could better remind me of this unworthiness than the celebration of the Eucharist. Owing to the theology that calls priest “in persona Christi” (in the person of Christ), it becomes our mission to make present once more the sacrifice of Christ on Calvary. In the Eucharist, we hold and raise the body of Christ while saying, “This is my body”, and do the same with the chalice saying, “This is my blood”. Those words, at the outset, create a sense of uneasiness, especially since while raising the chalice we see the reflection of our faces and not that of Christ. As a sign of humility, some priests would simply look down or close their eyes as they raise both species. Others in a rare moment of glory and ecstasy would look at them and see Jesus being offered once more at the altar of sacrifice. Notwithstanding theology, priests do not acquire any superhuman capacity during their ordination. They remain human. Hence, I do not entertain the thought or create an illusion that I am Jesus Christ during that moment of consecration. I remain who I am, but I let the grace of ordination work through me as I speak and act in the very person of Christ. Recognizing that my priesthood is simply a participation in that of Christ the High Priest, I let him draw me into his sacrificial action, begging him to configure my heart and mind more perfectly to his. According to John Paul II, Priesthood and Eucharist are profoundly interconnected. In Dominicae Cenae (DC) he wrote, “The Eucharist is the raison d’etre of the priesthood” (DC 2). He further said, “there can be no Eucharist without the priesthood, just as there can be no priesthood without the Eucharist.” (JP II, Gift and Mystery, 77-78). So profound is this connection that the same John Paul II also claimed, “The Eucharist could not exist without us priests but, without the Eucharist, our existence as priests would be a lifeless shadow” (The Pope Speaks, 29:198). Drawing from these rich sources of teachings about priesthood and Eucharist, Bishop Soc’s message continues to reverberate that we are not good enough to be priests. The Eucharist, which reminds me of this unworthiness, is intertwined with my priesthood. As I therefore, celebrate this meal, memorial, thanksgiving, and sacrifice, I can never boast of anything. There can only be gratefulness, humility, and a constant striving for truth and goodness!

Del Mundo, Youth Development Officer ng Provincial Social Welfare Development Office (PSWDO), na mas mapapabilis na ang pamimingay ng insentibo sa mga Day Care Worker. Ani Del Mundo, kung noon ay cash itong ibinibigay sa mga day care worker, ngayon taon ay idadaan na ang mga insentibo sa bangko at ito ay maaari nang i-withdraw sa pamamagitan ng automatic teller machine o ATM sa mga bangko o iba pang swiping terminal na malapit sa kanilang lugar. Sa kasalukuyan ay isinasaayos na ng PSWDO ang mga dokumento na kinakailangan ng bangko sa pag aplay ng bagong proseso ng pagkuha ng insentibo ng mga day care workers. Inaasahang maipapatupad ito sa pagpasok ng ikatlong bahagi ng taong

kasalukuyan. Samantala, napag-alaman din mula kay Del Mundo na nakatakdang ipamahagi ng kanilang tanggapan ang insentibo ng mga day care workers para sa mga buwan ng Hulyo hanggang Disyembre taong 2015 sa gaganaping Provincial Day Care Workers Convention na nakatakda ngayong Hunyo 16. Matatandaan na base sa Provincial Administrative Code of Palawan sa ilalim ng Chapter XI- The Social Reform Agenda, Section 2 na sumasaklaw sa Early Chilhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program, ang mga day care workers na boluntaryong naglilingkod ay makakatanggap ng insentibo mula sa Pamahalaang Panlalawigan. Sa kasalukuyan, ang insentibo na ibinibigay sa bawat day care worker ay P350 kada buwan.|

Ayon sa punong lungsod, dati na nyang ginagawa ang pagbibigay ng karagdagang benepisyo sa mga guro kahit noong una siyang maupo bilang Mayor ng Calapan. Ito ay bilang pagkilala sa dedikasyon at pagiging tapat sa tungkulin ng mga guro. Sa kanyang pag-upo ngayong taong ito, ayon kay Panaligan, ay itutuloy nya ang pagbibigay ng karagdagang benepisyo sa mga guro at dodoblehin niya ito, o gagawing P4,000 sa taong 2017 dahil hindi na aniya nakaabot sa 2016 budget. Ikinatuwa naman ng mga gurong nagsidalo sa nasabing congress ang

balitang ito ng punonglungsod na nakitaan nila ng tunay na pagmamalasakit sa kanila bilang tagapagtaguyod at kaagapay ng lokal na pamahalaan sa pagbuo ng isang matatag at maunlad na syudad. Ayon pa sa punong lungsod, mahalaga ang sektor ng edukasyon dahil isa ito sa susi sa matagumpay na kinabukasan at pagsugpo ng kahirapan, at kasabay nito ay nanawagan siya na magtulungan ang bawat isa sa pagkakaloob ng de-kalidad na edukasyon sa lungsod ng Calapan.
