JIM BALISTRERI CEO/BROKER
Prior to joining Balistreri, Jim was a project manager and estimator for a major commercial general-contracting firm. Jim holds Florida real estate broker and general contractor licenses. A former president of the Fort Lauderdale REALTORS®, Jim also served many years as a director of Florida Association of REALTORS®and as District Vice President. A luminary among real estate experts, Jim often is called upon for his experience and expertise.
JOE BALISTRERI PRESIDENT
Joe served in the United States Army (achieving the rank of E-5 before being honorably discharged) before becoming a licensed real estate professional. Working under his father (then owner), Joe built a very successful business in real estate sales. As the years progressed, Joe took on the day-to-day operations and management of the company. In 1991, Joe and brother Jim bought the business from their father.
CAROL BALISTRERI RELOCATION DIRECTOR
Drawing on almost 30 years of experience in real estate sales and management in North Carolina and Florida, Carol has been instrumental in the continued success of Balistreri Real Estate. Her hands-on management style and caring attitude is appreciated by the sales associates and our clients. Carol holds her Brokers Associate license and is ready and willing to educate associates and sellers in today's changing market.
CAROLINE CARRARA SALES MANAGER FORT LAUDERDALE
Caroline has enjoyed more than 17 successful years of real estate management, which has included supporting and mentoring many agents to reach the next level in their careers. She recently has become C2EX endorsed by the National Association of Realtors, a distinction she shares with only approximately 1,500 Realtors. Caroline is also a member of the prestigious Master Brokers Forum.

Originally from New York City, Joni has been a resident of South Florida for over 25 years and has been a licensed REALTOR® for over 20 years. She is diligent in maintaining the highest levels of professionalism stemming from executive experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. Joni has been a top producing sales professional in the Boca Raton area which affords her the knowledge to assist in supporting and encouraging her agents.
