Signature Homes, LLC Builds a Magnificent American Dream Home for 2023 Parade of Homes™

THE 62ND ANNUAL PARADE OF HOMES™ , hosted by the Home Builders Association of West Florida, is an exciting event for thousands of attendees who look forward to touring new homes throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. The Parade of Homes is scheduled for May 6 – 14, 2023, and has 33 homes to showcase in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

“The people of Northwest Florida look forward to the Parade of Homes every year, said HBA President Amir Fooladi, Encore Homes. “It has certainly been a challenging time for everyone, but I am proud of our home building professionals who are meeting the demands of consumers who need new homes.”

The ever-popular American Dream Home, which is a Pensacola Energy Natural Gas Advantage Elite Home, located in the new community of Iron Rock in Cantonment. Dream Home Builder Monte Williams, of Signature Homes LLC, is pleased with the overall design and functionality of the floor plan. “This home has certainly been an exciting project for me,” said Williams. “Iron Rock” offers the feeling of family retreat and serenity in a tucked away enclave nestled amongst tall pine and shade trees with a gated experience to welcome you home. I believe the Dream Home captures the essence of being with family and friends and living comfortably whether you’re entertaining inside or outside on the patio area. I’m thankful for all the people who played key roles in making this home a reality.”

This Dream Home is designed to impress with collaboration between Williams and Mark Toler, Certified General Contractor. The expansive layout features a two story, 3,352 square-foot, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the living spaces are generous, light-filled and inviting. Equally impressive is the one-of-a-kind Floating Staircase to the second level, which is one of the home’s main focal points.

Designed for family needs and gracious entertainment, this home features an open floor plan design with 22-foot ceilings in the Great Room. Adding to the warm atmosphere of the home is a luxury natural gas fireplace in the Great Room. Designer lighting package with LED flush lighting in multiple areas and under counter lighting in kitchen, all provided by Alston Electric. This lighting accentuates multiple areas showcasing its beautiful, engineered flooring in all common areas provided by Floors 2000.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream come true, featuring 42-inch upper cabinets with dovetail drawers with soft close provided by Hamby’s Kitchen Center. Accentuated with elegant quartz countertops by Superior Granite, this adds the perfect polished look of the home. Added to the overall elegance are the luxury appliances, built-in oven and gas cooktop. Complimented with a large kitchen island and prep sink, a walk-in pantry, nearby mud room, and laundry room with cabinets and sink add convenience to the livable space. Sit back and relax, this home has a spacious rear covered porch with gas drops to the grill area, and a warm and inviting fireplace provided by Fireplace Concepts. Setting the atmosphere on a warm Florida evening with a complete home sound system to all rooms and the back porch. Take in the sounds of silence behind your completely fenced and landscaped backyard by Blue Island Landscape.

Experience an oasis of tranquility with an inviting freestanding soaking tub with an open tile shower. Feel of cascading hot water from the Rinnai Natural Gas tankless water heater. The master bath has spacious, his and her walk-in closets with all she could dream of.

“Pensacola Energy Natural Gas Advantage Elite Home features are designed to save money and reduce energy consumption, said Marketing Manager Jill Grove, of Pensacola Energy. “This has been an exciting project for our team of professionals who were involved in the planning before construction began. We made significant recommendations to develop a customized energy-feature package that will benefit the homeowner for years to come.”

The Parade of Homes™ has been a popular attraction since its start in 1958 and is brought to you by the Home Builders Association of West Florida, Signature Homes LLC, Pensacola Energy, Ballinger Publishing, Pensacola Magazine, WEAR TV 3, COX and Cat Country 98.7 FM.
