• Baltimore earned its third-straight playoff berth – and ninth in head coach John Harbaugh’s 13-year tenure – by posting an 11-5 record after closing out regular season play with five-consecutive victories. • After starting the season 5-1, the Ravens dropped four of their next five games while battling injuries to several key players and fighting their way through multiple COVID-19 cases that saw nine starters (including QB Lamar Jackson and six other Pro Bowlers) miss the Week 12 game at Pittsburgh. (That game was re-scheduled three times before finally being played on Wednesday, Dec. 2.) • Since dropping that 19-14 decision at Pittsburgh, the Ravens have rattled off five-straight wins, securing the conference’s No. 5 playoff seed and a second-place AFC North finish behind 12-4 Pittsburgh.
