C OAC H H A R BAU G H S AY S THE RAVENS’ WEEK 16 FOCUS:

“We want to get into the playoffs. We know that we need some help, but the focus, really is going to be on taking care of our business. It doesn’t matter what anybody else does if we don’t take care of our job, and our job is to win. We have to find a way to win this week – that’s 100% exactly what we’ll be locked in on and focused on. Everything else is not something that we can control, but we can control how we play. We need to play our best football [Sunday] to win that game.”

(9-5)

QUICK HITS • Winners of three-straight games, the Baltimore Ravens (9-5) host the New York Giants (5-9) for an inter-conference battle at M&T Bank Stadium. With two weeks to go, Baltimore remains in the thick of the playoff race, looking to capture its third-straight postseason berth and ninth overall during John Harbaugh’s 13 seasons in Baltimore.

I N J U RY U P DAT E • Against the Jaguars on Sunday, CB Davontae Harris (thigh, who’s since been placed on IR) and T Tyre Phillips (concussion protocol) left the game and did not return. DE Calais Campbell (calf), CB Marcus Peters (calf) and CB Jimmy Smith (ribs/shoulder) did not play. • Two offensive starters are on Injured Reserve: TE Nick Boyle (knee) and All-Pro LT Ronnie Stanley (ankle).

• In last Sunday’s 40-14 victory over Jacksonville, QB Lamar Jackson was spectacular, accounting for 4 total TDs (3 passing & 1 rushing). Jackson, who became just the second QB ever (Michael Vick) to rush for 800 yards in multiple seasons, did most of the damage with his arm, however, completing 17-of-22 passes for 243 yards and 1 INT (133.1 rating). For the 37th-consecutive game (tied for the secondlongest streak in NFL history), Baltimore rushed for at least 100 yards (159), with rookie RB J.K. Dobbins (64 yards & 1 TD) leading the way. The Ravens’ defense suffocated Jacksonville, producing 5 sacks (including 2 by former Jaguars OLB Yannick Ngakoue) and allowing just 62 rushing yards. OLB Matthew Judon added another sack on a safety, while rookie LB Patrick Queen was once again outstanding, finishing with 6 tackles (3 for loss) and 1 sack.

S E V E N R AV E N S N A M E D T O P R O B O W L Seven Ravens players were voted to the 2020 Pro Bowl, tying the Chiefs, Packers and Seahawks for the NFL’s most selections: 7 T Orlando Brown Jr. (2nd) 7 OLB Matthew Judon (2nd) 7 DE Calais Campbell (6th) 7 FB Patrick Ricard (2nd)* 7 LS Morgan Cox (4th)* 7 K Justin Tucker (4th)* 7 CB Marlon Humphrey (2nd) * Denotes Starter

• The Ravens have averaged 33.3 points, 398.3 net yards and 228.0 rushing yards per game in their past three victories. In these contests, QB Lamar Jackson has accounted for 10 TDs (6 passing & 4 rushing), producing a 120.6 passer rating.

NOTE OF THE WEEK
