TEXT FOR HELP

A Text for Help Messaging Service is available to all guests with smartphones at M&T Bank Stadium, which offers a fast and easy method to report any issues or concerns directly to the security staff. It’s a simple and convenient process: 1. Open a blank text message and address the message to 410-324-6141 2. Text messages can be up to 160 characters in length and a subject for the text is not required. 3. For us to best serve you, please be as accurate and specific as possible with seat locations and descriptions of the issue or concern. 4. Once the text message is received by stadium staff, you will receive an immediate confirmation response message stating, “Your message has been received by stadium personnel.” 5. The issue will then be reported to appropriate stadium personnel for follow up. If more information is needed, the operator will respond with additional questions. WBAL will simulcast preseason contests to television and radio. Additionally, the Ravens Gameday Radio Network, presented by Geico, can be heard on WBAL 1090AM, 98Rock WIYY (97.9 FM), www.baltimoreravens.com, the Ravens’ mobile app and across 23 different regional affiliates. FAN CODE OF CONDUCT FAN BEHAVIOR

Ravens fans are the best in the NFL due to their enthusiasm, team support and sportsmanship. Fans help shape the Ravens’ image. We encourage our fans to create a high-energy environment in lending support to the team while maintaining a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere. Abusive/foul language, fighting, unruly behavior or behavior that is illegal in nature will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection of the offender(s) without refund. Offenders are subject to possible legal consequences of their actions and PSL Owners will be notified regarding any incidents with guests holding tickets for their seats. Such incidents will be reviewed in conjunction with past PSL account history and patterns of inappropriate behavior could result in the loss of rights to PSL’s and Season Tickets. All Ravens Team Members work hand in hand at every game to ensure your gameday experience is a positive one. Have fun, root hard, show respect for the fans around you, but don’t be a jerk!

FAN CREDO EXPECTATIONS

When you attend a game at M&T Bank Stadium, you should expect a great deal from each event. Our goals are: • Excellent competition: The Ravens goal is to go to and win Super Bowls. • Excellent effort: Ravens players are expected to give their best on every play. • Excellent customer satisfaction: Our team of employees will do everything possible to make your day at the stadium the best it can be. • The best video display boards and sound system in any stadium in the country. • A clean stadium, especially in the restrooms and concession areas. • Concessionaires who serve the best and most varied food in any stadium. • The friendliest, most courteous, knowledgeable and efficient game day staff anywhere. • Fellow fans who celebrate the Ravens and the NFL experience, but who do not interfere with other fans enjoyment of the game.

EJECTION

The Ravens will eject any person whose behavior is unacceptable or illegal in nature. Game tickets are de-activated without refund and the offenders(s) will be escorted from M&T Bank Stadium. Offenders are subject to possible legal consequences of their actions and PSL Owners will be notified regarding any incidents with guests holding tickets for their seats. Such incidents will be reviewed in conjunction with past PSL account history and patterns of inappropriate behavior could result in the loss of rights to PSL’s and Season Tickets. See Text For Help for more information on stadium assistance related to unacceptable behavior and PSL Account Incident Review for additional information on the incident review process. Fans arrested or ejected from the stadium will be prohibited from attending future Ravens games until they have completed an on-line fan conduct class and they submit a letter of apology to the Ravens regardless of the results of the review process. Unauthorized fans who enter the field surface at any point during the game are considered trespassers and will be arrested.

PSL ACCOUNT INCIDENT REVIEW

Incidents of inappropriate behavior or ejection involving guests holding tickets for PSL seat locations are reviewed to determine if the incident violates PSL Agreement fan conduct provisions. The review of the incident would include the following: 1. A determination of the nature and seriousness of the incident. Any incident resulting in an ejection would be considered serious. 2. The relationship the offender(s) has to the PSL Owner. 3. How the tickets were acquired by the offender(s). 4. Past history of incidents related to the PSL Owner or PSL account or the offenders. 5. A notification of the incident and results of the review will be provided by mail to the PSL Owner once the review is completed. BALTIMORE RAVENS 2019 FAN GUIDE

BAG POLICY

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into M&T Bank Stadium, the following policies are in effect related to allowable bags: • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed. These bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. (Officially licensed NFL team logo clear plastic tote bag measuring 12” x 6” x 12” is available through club merchandise outlets). • Items may be carried in a one Gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) • Small clutch bags are allowed but should not exceed 4.5” x 6.5”, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. ACCESSIBLE (ADA) SEATING AND PARKING

Accessible (ADA) seating is available throughout the stadium on all levels. Guests who require ADA seating, including PSL Owners, should contact the Ticket Office at 410-261-RAVE (7283) to purchase those seats in advance. Seats are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and ADA seating may not be available on game day. ADA parking is located in Lots B/C and Lot R (located off of the Russell Street Service Drive). ADA parking cannot be purchased in advance and is first come, first-serve. Access to disabled parking spaces is limited to vehicles with state-issued disabled license plates or valid disabled hangtags. In addition, the person to whom the disabled tag was issued must be in the vehicle and will be asked to provide a state MVA disabled registration card, state-issued identification and a valid game ticket. Kits for guests with sensory disabilities are available at stadium guest services locations

ADDRESS CHANGES

To change the address on a PSL account, the request must be submitted in writing and signed by the primary account holder of record. The PSL Owner should include the account number on the fax or letter. An address change form is preferred and can be downloaded on our website. Please remember to change your phone numbers and e-mail address. ADMISSION POLICY

Due to heightened security measures at the gates, we strongly urge all guests to arrive at the stadium as early as possible to avoid entrance delays, particularly in colder weather. Gates open two (2) hours prior to the scheduled event. Re-entry into M&T Bank Stadium is not permitted. If medication is required, be sure to have it with you upon entry. All guests entering the stadium are subject to search. Refusal to comply may be grounds to prohibit admission. Guest(s) will

not be permitted to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated.

ALCOHOL

Fans must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at the stadium and in parking lots. Proper identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverage. The Ravens and our concessionaire reserve the right to check proof of legal drinking age. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior will result in ejection from the stadium without refund. A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase is permitted, which may be reduced without prior notice. All alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the third (3rd) quarter, but may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of stadium management.

ATM MACHINES

Eight (8) M&T Bank ATM machines are located throughout the stadium. Four ATM machines are located on the lower level concourse (Sections 109, 117, 134, and 146), two are located on the Club Level concourse (Sections 226 and 249) and two are located on the upper level concourse (Sections 502 and 529).

BANNERS

Banners are permitted provided they are not commercial, political, offensive, or in poor taste as determined by stadium personnel. Banners may not obstruct the view of any fans; cover existing stadium signage including facia walls/field walls or markings; or present any safety hazard. Banners or flags may not be attached to a pole.

BICYCLE PARKING

A designated bicycle parking area at M&T Bank Stadium is conveniently located along the Gwynns Falls Trail, between gates B & C and outside the Northeast and Northwest Suite Lobbies. The area is marked with a large reflective sign and is monitored by security personnel during Ravens games. Please do not use railings, light poles or trees around M&T Bank Stadium to secure bicycles.

BUD LIGHT PARTY ZONE

For the Ravens’ public address system:

The Bud Light Party Zone is located on the lower level concourse near Section 134 and is available for pregame parties.  This bar features Budweiser products and multiple televisions to watch NFL programming for groups of approximately 30 people.  Each guest receives a premium game ticket, Ravens hat, an all you-can-eat catered menu and all-you can- drink Coca-Cola, domestic beer and Bud products beginning 2 1/2 hours prior to kickoff.  For more information on the Bud Light Party Zone, please call 410-261-RAVE (7283).  The Bud Light Party Zone is open to all fans beginning 30 minutes prior to kickoff.

CAMERAS/PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO EQUIPMENT Small still photography cameras are permitted in the stadium during Ravens games. Small pocketsized digital cameras with a zoom lens of 6 inches or smaller are permitted. Larger 35mm cameras cannot exceed 3 inches in length. In conjunction, we ask that fans refrain from using flash photography. Video cameras are strictly prohibited. NFL policy prohibits the video taping of any Ravens game unless written authorization has been obtained from the Baltimore Ravens. Selfie sticks are not permitted in M&T Bank Stadium

CHARGING STATIONS Charging stations for mobile phones and similar devices are located near sections 100, 117, 132, 144, 500, 516, 526, 551 and in the Northeast and Southwest Club Level lobbies.

CHILDREN - AGE 2 AND UNDER Children age 2 and under may be held in an adult’s lap and are not required to have a game ticket for stadium entry.

CLOSED CAPTIONING The Ravens have teamed up with Home Team Captions and VITAC to provide closed captioning for deaf and hard of hearing individuals at all home games. Closed captioning for the public address system is viewable on stadium LED ribbon boards, as well as in the M&T Bank Stadium section of the Ravens’ official mobile app. Closed captioning for the Ravens’ radio broadcast is also available in the mobile app. In addition, courtesy handsets that support captioning can be obtained on gameday at any Guest Services Location (Section 100, 127, 500 or 527) or at the Club Level Concierge Desks (Sections 202, 223, 229, or 250) inside M&T Bank Stadium. To enable a personal device to receive captioning without the use of the app, please follow these easy steps: 10

CLUB LEVEL RE-ENTRY POLICY

All tickets will be scanned at entry to the club level. Only guests holding valid club or suite level tickets will be allowed entry. Tickets must be scanned out when exiting the club level to be valid for re-entry.

CLUB LOUNGE AVAILABILITY

Club lounges are available for hosting non-game day events and offer great amenities and views of the city. This exclusive, and newly renovated, facility is available for weddings, social events, proms, trade shows, business meetings and other functions. Contact Aramark at 410-230-8291 for booking.

CONCESSIONS

Ravens fans can expect outstanding quality and value with refreshments at M&T Bank Stadium. Aramark, a nationally recognized leader in stadium concessions, provides an extensive assortment of dining options, ranging from standard stadium fare to local favorites. There are 44 concession stands located on the lower and upper levels and 11 stands on the Club Level. Aramark accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

CREDIT CARDS

The Ravens accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Visa is the preferred card of the Baltimore Ravens and is welcomed wherever credit cards are accepted. Whether you’re purchasing game tickets, breezing through the concession line or buying that special piece of merchandise, for game day, Visa is the way to go!

DESIGNATED DRIVERS

Fans of legal drinking age who hold a valid driver’s license are eligible to become designated drivers. For pledging not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game and for accepting responsibility for driving other members of their group home, designated drivers receive a redeemable coupon for use at the concession stands for one free O’Doul’s non-alcoholic beer or Coca-Cola fountain soda product during the game. Pledge to be a designated driver at any Guest Service Center or Club Level concierge desks.


DEVIL’S BACKBONE BAR

FIRST AID

The Devil’s Backbone Bar is located on the lower level concourse near Section 128 and is available for pregame parties. Multiple televisions are available to watch NFL programming for groups of approximately 30 people. Each guest receives a premium game ticket, Ravens hat, an all you-can-eat catered menu and all-you-can-drink Coca-Cola and domestic beer beginning 2 ½ hours prior to kickoff. Medstar Health provides medical services at the five (5) first aid stations are located throughout the stadium. First aid services are available beginning two (2) hours prior to kickoff and up to 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game. In the event of a medical emergency, please notify the nearest Ravens personnel. First aid stations are located at: Lower Level Concourse Sections 100 & 127; Club Level: Section 203; Upper Level and Upper Suite Level: Sections 518 & 545.

ELEVATORS There are two banks of elevators located on both the North and South sides of the stadium for use by suite patrons, holding either suite tickets or guest passes, and disabled persons. Two elevators have been added to the Southeast area of the stadium near Gate C and 2 to the Northwest area, near Gate A2, to help speed access to the upper level.

ESCALATORS There are two private escalators that provide ticket holders access to the Club Level located near sections 128 and 148. A club level ticket or suite ticket is required to access this level. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING As part of NBC’s rights to televise Sunday Night Football, flexible scheduling can be utilized for Sunday start times in weeks 5-17. This allows the NFL to bring more attractive match-ups to a national audience. The NFL will announce the Sunday night match-up as well as games moving to 4:15 p.m. ET, no later than 12 days prior to the scheduled games. For week 17, the required notice goes to 6 days prior to the scheduled games. We suggest that you monitor www. BaltimoreRavens.com and other media sources to confirm game times throughout the season.

GATE ENTRY TO M&T BANK STADIUM Entry gates are Gate A (North), Gate B (East), Gate C (Southeast), Bud Light Gate D (Southwest), Media Gate (South), Gate A2 (Northwest), Gate E and Gate F (West). There are over 140 points of entry at M&T Bank Stadium and security screening is required. There are four (4) suite entrances, two (2) each on the North and South sides, which are exclusively for use by fans holding suite level tickets. Gates open to the public 2 hours prior to kickoff and season ticket cards or mobile tickets are scanned using digital readers upon entry to ensure authenticity.

GETTING TO M&T BANK STADIUM Two great transportation options are MTA public transit and the Ravens Ride bus service. GROUP HOSPITALITY TENTS For groups of 30 or more, private pre-game hospitality tents are available. Located just outside the stadium gates, each guest receives a premium game ticket, Ravens hat, an all-you-can-eat catered menu and all-you-can-drink beer & Coca-Cola products, beginning 2 ½ hours prior to kickoff. Call 410-261-RAVE (7283) to book your hospitality tent today! Larger groups of 60, 90 or more can also be accommodated.

GUEST SERVICES LOCATIONS Guest Services representatives assist fans during games with stadium information, lost children, driving directions, car trouble, wheelchairs and hearing-impaired devices. Guest Services Locations are on the lower level concourse (Sections 100 & 127), upper level concourse (Sections 500 & 527) and at the Club Level concierge desks (Sections 202, 224, 229 and 251).

LOST AND FOUND Any items found should be delivered immediately to a Guest Services attendant, Club Level concierge desk or to a stadium team member. To inquire about lost items, contact Lost & Found at 410-230-8505. Due to the volume of calls, the lost and found at M&T Bank Stadium is voicemail operated. Please leave a message indicating a description of your missing item, your name and contact information. Stadium security will return your call only if your item has been recovered.

LOST CHILDREN WRISTBANDS All guests are encouraged to visit a Guest Services Location with their children to obtain an ID wristband. The child’s name, wristband number and seat location is registered into a confidential log book. Any child who is lost should be escorted to a Guest Services Location and quickly returned to his/ her respective seat location. NOTE: Depending on the needs of the guest, this service is available to all, regardless of age.

MOBILE/DIGITAL TICKETS Tickets for Ravens games are primarily digital and can be presented using a smartphone. We encourage fans to access their mobile tickets well in advance of the game using the Ravens app and save the tickets to the smartphone wallet. If you are having trouble accessing your tickets on your mobile device, please call us at 410-261-RAVE (7283) or go to windows 1 or 2 at the main ticket office between Gates E and F at the stadium or see one of our Ticket Resolution staff members at Gates A, B, C or D on gameday. 12

MOBILITY DEVICES Wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs and scooters are permitted inside M&T Bank Stadium. Guests may check mobility devices at any Guest Services Location (Sections 100, 127, 500 and 527) or Club Level Concierge Desks (Sections 202, 223, 229 and 250). A limited number of wheelchairs are also available at Guest Services. These wheelchairs are intended for transport only and not for utilization during the event. For the safety of all guests, segways and hoverboards are not permitted inside M&T Bank Stadium.

NAME CHANGES To change the attention name on an account, requests must be submitted in writing to the Ravens Ticket Office by the primary account holder of record. If the account is in a company’s name, the request must be made on company letterhead by a person authorized to make such a request. The PSL Owner must include their account number and signature on the fax or letter. Depending on the nature of the change, a transfer form may be required.

PARKING OPERATIONS Standard Parking Plus (SP+) is the parking operator for the Camden Yards Sports Complex and they can be reached by calling 410-347-9330. Parking lots open 4.5 hours prior to kickoff and all lots at M&T Bank Stadium are sold in advance by permit only. Buses and oversized vehicles can be accommodated but please call in advance to reserve a space . Tailgating rules apply, and all tailgating activities on stadiumcontrolled parking lots must end 30 minutes after the start of the event; after which fans must enter the stadium or otherwise leave the parking lots.

RAVENS WALK Tired of doing all the work to put on the perfect tailgate? Leave the food at home and head to RavensWalk, presented by Safeway, for the ultimate tailgate experience for all Ravens Fans. Located on the walkway connecting Oriole Park to M&T Bank Stadium, between lots B and C, fans can experience


one of the NFL’s best pre-game tailgate areas. Open 3 hours before every Ravens home game, fans can enjoy a number of different bars and food stations (with special pricing), Live bands, a DJ and live broadcast of the official Ravens pregame show on 98 Rock.

RESTROOMS

There are 46 restrooms on the upper and lower concourses and 28 on the Club Level. Family restrooms (with changing tables) are located on the lower level concourse, Sections 127 & 153; Club Level Section 220; upper level concourse Sections 513, 527, 540 & 553. Changing stations are available in all restrooms. All restrooms are handicap accessible.

SMOKING POLICY

M&T Bank Stadium is a smoke-free facility as required by Maryland State Law. There are no designated smoking areas inside M&T Bank Stadium.Designated smoking areas are located outside of Gates A, B, C, and D. These areas may not be available until 15 minutes after kickoff. This policy also applies to electronic cigarettes or any alternative smoking product – they are not permitted. Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be ejected from the stadium. Smokeless tobacco must be used responsibly. Spitting on the ground is prohibited.

SUITE LEVEL RE-ENTRY POLICY

All suite level tickets will be scanned upon entry to the suite level and exit. Only guests holding valid tickets will be allowed entry.

TALON PUB

The Talon Pub is located on the lower level concourse near Section 148. Guinness, Crown Royal, Tanqueray and other Diageo products are featured and the Talon Pub includes multiple televisions to watch pregame NFL programing. Each guest receives a premium game ticket, Ravens hat, an all you-caneat catered menu and all-you-can-drink Coca-Cola and domestic beer beginning 2 ½ hours prior to kickoff. TEXT FOR HELP

A Text for Help Messaging Service is available to all guests with smartphones at M&T Bank Stadium, which offers a fast and easy method to report any issues or concerns directly to the security staff. It’s a simple and convenient process: 1. Open a blank text message and address the message to 410-324-6141 2. Text messages can be up to 160 characters in

length and a subject for the text is not required. 3. For us to best serve you, please be as accurate and specific as possible with seat locations and descriptions of the issue or concern. 4. Once the text message is received by stadium staff, you will receive an immediate confirmation response message stating, “Your message has been received by stadium personnel.” 5. The issue will then be reported to appropriate stadium personnel for follow up. If more information is needed, the operator will respond with additional questions.

SEAT CUSHIONS

Only seat cushions which are one piece are allowed. Seat cushions with zippers, pockets or concealable areas will not be allowed into M&T Bank Stadium.

TICKET RE-SELLING ON STADIUM PROPERTY

For the safety and enjoyment of our fans, please note that ticket re-sales on or around M&T Bank Stadium and the Camden Yards Sports Complex (including box office and parking areas) are subject to the following: • Ticket scalping, or selling tickets at more than face value, is a misdemeanor under Baltimore City law, which could result in arrest and criminal prosecution. • Ticket re-sale at face value or less constitutes solicitation and/or commercial activity, both of which are prohibited by Maryland law on property owned or operated by the Maryland Stadium Authority. Such conduct could result in citation and criminal prosecution.

TRANSFERRING PSLS

Between January 1 - May 15 and September 1 – October 15 of each year, PSL transfers are permitted by completing a PSL Transfer Form. All transfers must be approved by the Ravens and there is a $50 per seat transfer 20

UMBRELLAS

Umbrellas are not permitted in the stadium for the safety and sightlines of other fans. The rain gear of choice is a jacket or poncho.

WIFI

M&T Bank Stadium features a state of the art high density WiFi system that allows fans to quickly connect to the internet. This service, provided by Verizon and Extreme Networks, is free to all fans. Guest Service Ambassadors will be located throughout M&T Bank Stadium on game day to assist fans in connecting to the internet. For an enhanced game day experience, be sure to download the Ravens smartphone app from your app store. In addition, the stadium’s cellular network supports multiple carriers including Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.

WILL CALL

Will Call windows are located on the West side of the stadium at the main ticket office, between gates E and F. During football season, Will Call is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday, and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the weekend of a home game only. On game day, the windows are open 2 1/2 hours prior to kickoff. Photo identification is required for all pickups.




FOR THOSE WITH PARKING PASSES...

As we begin a new season at M&T Bank Stadium, we want to remind all parkers of our tailgate parking policies and offer safety tips for your tailgate party. • Parking passes will be distributed as PDF documents and will be available to PSL Owners electronically and accessed through Account Manager. PSL Owners will be required to print out the PDF passes and present them at lot entry points at each game. • All passes will be scanned for authenticity upon entry • Parking passes allow entry to the designated lot. Passes must be displayed at all times in vehicles parked in lots. • Tents and pop-up tents are not permitted. Keep drive aisles clear at all times.

• Please do not tie bags to any fence or tree in and around the lot. • If parkers wish to tailgate in a group, we advise entry to the parking facility together so that the group will be parked together. Once in the lot, spaces may not be reserved for late arriving members. Please follow the directions of the parking attendants. • Parking passes entitle the holder to one parking space. Adjacent spaces may not be used for grills, chairs, etc., unless additional parking passes are owned for that space.

OVERSIZED VEHICLES:

RV and Camper parking is permitted on Lot H, with the understanding that if guest safety is compromised in the view of the Baltimore City Fire Marshall, procedures may be altered for RV and Camper parking. For oversized parking please contact 410-347-9330 in advance of gameday. The following terms and conditions must be adhered to for RV and Camper parking on lot G and H: The following terms and conditions must be adhered to for RV and Camper parking on lot G and H: 1. RVs and Campers must arrive to the lot no later than 3 hours prior to game time or entry to the lot will not be permitted. No refunds will be issued at that point. The Ravens and SP+ are not responsible for finding alternative parking. 2. Guests must possess two (2) parking passes in order to park an RV or Camper in the designated RV and Camper area. If a second pass is needed it can be purchased at the current rate upon entry to the parking lot. 3. The designated area is located on the South perimeter of the lot only. ALL RVs and Campers must fit entirely within a 9’ x 18’ space. This area does allow for vehicles to hang over onto the sidewalk.

• Early-Bird parking is available along the perimeter only for the first 1 hour in Lots A and B/C and 2 hours in Lots G and H after lots open, or until full. Afterwards, spaces will be assigned one section at a time. Fire lanes must be maintained at all times. Be prepared to move if an emergency vehicle needs access. • Signs, commercial signage and/or commercial markings are not permitted to be displayed on vehicles. Utilizing the parking privilege for commercial purposes is not permitted. • Unauthorized, portable restroom facilities are strictly prohibited and use of such facilities will lead to revocation of parking pass privileges. • Tailgating activities on stadium-controlled parking lots must end 30 minutes after the start of the event; after which fans must enter the stadium or otherwise leave the parking lots. • Drones are not permitted on stadium property including stadium lots. • Auxiliary speaker systems and auxiliary power sources are not permitted in the parking lots at any time. Playing music at your vehicle is permitted, however audio should not be heard beyond 50 feet from your vehicle.

TAILGATING:

• Cooking is not permitted within two (2)feet of vehicles. • Charcoal Cooking: Use self-starting briquettes only. No lighter fluid is permitted. Always use fresh coals. • Propane Cooking: There is a twenty-pound tank limit. The canister must be mounted to grill assembly. • Fires are not to be left unattended! Discard used coals in red barrels located in the lot. All fires must be contained and operated in a safe manner at all times. Do not place hot grills under your vehicle to be used later. • Open burning in Baltimore City is prohibited. Recreational fires, outdoor fire pits and the use of any combustible or flammable liquids in a container or open space as a fuel source is prohibited. • The fire code official is authorized to order the extinguishment of open burning that creates or adds to a hazardous or objectionable situation. The Ravens and Standard Parking Plus (SP+) want your tailgate experience to be safe and enjoyable for all. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY TICKETS ARE SOLD?

Once posted tickets have sold, the amount of the sale price is credited to your personal banking account, minus the 10% seller fee. Enter your information during the posting process. The barcodes on your original tickets are cancelled and new barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then sent to the buyers mobile device. Be sure to add your tickets to your phone’s “wallet” before arriving at the stadium.

You will be notified via email if your tickets do not sell before your indicated expiration date. Your listing will be automatically removed and your original tickets will still be valid for entry. My Ravens Ticket Account is your one-stop destination for all online ticket account management. By managing your account online, you can make payments, update your phone and email information, list your tickets for sale through TicketExchange, forward your tickets to a friend or donate your tickets to a local charity through the Ravens Foundation Inc.

Go to baltimoreravens.com and login to My Ravens Ticket Account at the bottom of any page. Log in to your personal account with your Ravens account number and password. Start managing your online ticket account it’s that easy!

Email your tickets to virtually anyone before any home game via ticket forwarding. This service allows you the option to email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can’t attend a game. Simply log in to your personal account and follow these easy steps. STEP 1 Select the ticket or group of tickets you wish to send. You can forward more than one ticket at a time per game, but only to a single recipient. STEP 2 Select the way you are going to send your tickets and enter the receipts information.

Every ticket on your account carries a unique barcode, ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original ticket is cancelled and the original ticket is no longer valid. The recipient is emailed a new ticket with a unique barcode that has been electronically issued. You can conveniently donate your tickets to a local charity through the Ravens Foundation. Simply log in to your personal account and select the tickets you wish to donate. Click Donate to Charity and your tickets will be automatically forwarded to the Ravens Foundation for donation to a worthy recipient. Please note: tickets must be sent at least 5 days prior to the game to allow for proper distribution. Your personal online account allows you to make your ticket invoice payments online. Login to baltimoreravens.com and select My Ravens Account, log in to your personal account and select the Pay Invoice option. Here you can view your invoices and make payments by taking advantage of this option, and your payment posts immediately to your account.
