M&T BANK GAME PREVIEW
QUOTH THE RAVEN "We’re going to find out about ourselves. We’re going to find out about the mold of this team – offense and defense. [Injuries] are part of the game. Whoever that next guy is to step up and help our team, we’re going to trust them, and we’re going to move forward. I’m excited to see what happens for us. We’re 6-3; we’re still in a good spot." – WR Willie Snead IV on injury challenges facing Ravens
It’s a battle between two 6-3 teams when the Baltimore Ravens host the Tennessee Titans at M&T Bank Stadium. Each club currently stands in second place of its respective division and enters the game coming off a loss in Week 10. (Baltimore dropped a 23-17 decision on Sunday night at New England, while Tennessee fell at home, 34-17, to Indianapolis last Thursday night.) The Ravens are 6-3 for the sixth time in team history (2001, 2004, 2008, 2010 & 2011). Additionally, Baltimore has won 18 of its last 21 overall regular season games since Week 5 of 2019. In last Sunday’s loss at New England – in the midst of a torrential downpour and strong winds – Baltimore’s 10game road winning streak was snapped by a potent Patriots rushing attack that gained 173 yards. Overall, the Ravens produced 357 total yards compared to New England’s 308, with QB Lamar Jackson completing 24-of-34 passes for 249 yards, 2 TDs (both to WR Willie Snead IV) and 1 INT. (Jackson also gained 55 of Baltimore’s 115 rushing yards.) The sloppy conditions created several issues for the Ravens, including three poor snaps that resulted in a loss of yards, including a fourth-and-1 "wildcat" formation direct snap late in the game as Baltimore was driving to take the lead. Baltimore and Tennessee last faced each other in the 2019 AFC Divisional Playoff. In that game, the Titans upended the top-seeded Ravens, 28-12, at M&T Bank Stadium. Prior to that battle, the last
NUMBERS TO RAVE ABOUT 2 – Quarterbacks in NFL history (Lamar Jackson & Cam Newton) to produce at least 500 rushing yards in each of their first three pro seasons. (Jackson has 524 in 2020.) 2 – NFL defenders (Ravens S Chuck Clark and rookie LB Patrick Queen) to register at least 2 FFs, 2 FRs and 1 defensive TD this season. 21 – Consecutive games the Ravens had forced a turnover until their streak was snapped last Sunday at New England. The 21-game streak is the second longest in team history (28 games is the record). 66 – Consecutive FGAs from 40 yards and in that K Justin Tucker has made. Tucker, the most accurate kicker of all time, has nailed 90.9% of his boots overall (281of-309). 164.0 – Rushing yards per game by the Ravens in 2020, ranking No. 2 in the NFL (Arizona is first at 168.9 ypg). Tennessee owns the NFL’s sixth-best rushing attack at 148.7 ypg.
Ravens-Titans regular season meeting took place in 2018, when Baltimore won, 21-0, in Nashville. That day, the Ravens posted a franchise-best 11 sacks, tying for the second most in NFL history. 2020 BALTIMORE RAVENS GAMEDAY | 5

2000 & 2003 nfl defensive player of the year
R AY LEWIS
THE EVERLASTING RIDE BY BROOKE BALZANO
Nearly 25 years ago, Ray Lewis began the ride of a lifetime when he was selected as the Baltimore Ravens’ second-ever pick in the 1996 NFL Draft. The Hall of Famer spent his 17-year career rewriting the record books, ultimately becoming a franchise cornerstone who defined what it means to “Play Like a Raven.” Lewis began his illustrious run as a defensive stalwart who led the team in tackles as a rookie. The two-time Defensive Player of the Year tallied a franchise-best 2,643 tackles throughout his career and helped bring home two Super Bowl titles before retiring after the Ravens’ 2012 title-winning season. After earning his first of 13 Pro Bowl honors during his sophomore campaign, it was no secret that Lewis was on a path to success. The seven-time AP first-team All-Pro was crowned the Super Bowl MVP in 2000, also earning NFL Defensive Player of the Year for the first of two times (2003). Lewis was the unquestioned leader of Baltimore’s dominant defense for nearly two decades and will forever be known as one of the greatest linebackers of all time. With a servant leader mentality, Lewis understood the importance of preparation and commitment. This was especially evident when he’d host film study at his house to put in extra work with the team. In every single thing he did, No. 52 was all in.
As one of the most physical linebackers the game has ever seen, Lewis prided himself on the ability to power through pain. His mindset was simple: “You can only leave the battlefield for injury, not pain.” On Oct. 14, 2012 while playing against Dallas, Lewis felt a pop in his arm and immediately knew something was wrong. He initially tried to fight through the pain, but eventually, had to take himself off the field. Lewis had torn his triceps straight from the bone – an injury that no one had ever come back from during a season. Media outlets everywhere were running the story that Lewis’ career was over due to the devastating injury. But the magnetic leader was determined to make a comeback, even if it was deemed impossible.
run had officially come to a close, people couldn’t help but wonder what he’d do next. Since Lewis left the field seven-plus years ago, he has co-founded Power 52, a community solution program that, through solar and clean energy initiatives, provides job training, college scholarships and other resources to low income communities. "It was our privilege to have him as a Raven,” stated Baltimore’s executive vice president Ozzie Newsome. “We are all better for having him here.” Whether it was on the field or in the community, Ray Lewis has left behind a legacy that will be forever revered. It’s a ride that’s everlasting.
After two months of grueling rehabilitation, Lewis defied the odds and was back in time for one last playoff push. Days before the Wild Card game against Indianapolis, he announced that this postseason ride would be his last, and he’d retire at season’s end. Lewis capped his career in the best way possible – as a world champion – serving as the rallying point for the Ravens’ Super Bowl run that culminated with a 34-31 victory over San Francisco. After the last bit of confetti had fallen, and his historic 2020 BALTIMORE RAVENS GAMEDAY | 11

On November 7, 2020, the Ravens participated in a drive-through celebration station to honor over 200 military families on base at Ft. Meade.
SALUTE TO SERVICE - CELEBRATING OUR MILITARY MEMBERS The Ravens kicked off their 2020 Salute to Service programming by participating in a celebration station for over 200 military families on base at Ft. Meade. Over 800 total participants came through the drive-through event to pick up Ravens goodies and Coke and Safeway products. This past Monday, five Ravens Legends participated in a virtual huddle with the organization Merging Vets and Players. The organization empowers veterans and athletes by connecting them after "the uniform comes off," to assure veterans that they are never alone. Additionally, included in the Ravens' employee volunteerism, later in the week, Ravens staff members packaged care packages for deployed soldiers. To finish the exciting
week, the team organized a Purple Friday CAREavan – Salute to Service Edition. Mascot Poe and Ravens Cheerleaders visited local military establishments to spread Ravens cheer and deliver Dunkin’ products and Ravens giveaways. Lastly, the Ravens nominated the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleading squad for the NFL Salute to Service Award. In January 2020, a group of Ravens Cheerleaders embarked on a 10-day tour to 10 military bases across Europe. The squad not only performed at each base, they ate meals with troops and visited children and families. In the squad's 23-year history, the Cheerleaders have participated in 20 overseas tours with the Armed Forces Entertainment company.

10/30-10/31 The Ravens teamed up with the American
Red Cross to host their second joint blood drive of the year. The two-day event helped the American Red Cross collect 111 units of blood that help will save 333 lives.
11/6 Ravens staff and members of the Ravens All Community Team volunteered at the annual Pack to Give Back at the MD Food Bank. Volunteers packed boxes that will be distributed to 10,000 families in need. 2020 BALTIMORE RAVENS GAMEDAY | 21

CB Marcus Peters intercepted Colts' QB Philip Rivers in the third quarter in Baltimore's 24-10 victory at Indianapolis. The play was originally ruled incomplete, but a challenge by head coach John Harbaugh gave Peters his third INT of 2020. Earlier in the game, a Peters' forced fumble led to S Chuck Clark's 65-yard fumble recovery return for a touchdown. It was the Ravens' third defensive touchdown of the season and an NFL-best 12th since 2018 (three teams are tied with nine). 2020 BALTIMORE RAVENS
