Day 1 (April 23rd): Istanbul Arrival Day & Airport Pickup Airport pick-up and transfer to hotel. Enjoy a free day, attend an ANZAC conference and enjoy a welcome cocktail followed by an optional Turkish nights show.
Day 1-2 (April 23rd - 24th): Istanbul - Gallipoli - Troy Tour (1B/1D) Airport pick-up and transfer to hotel for a welcome cocktail and an ANZAC conference. Visit the ancient city of Troy on your way to Gallipoli and sleep under the stars at an alternative area. (camping equipment not included). Important Note: Only ballot winners will be granted access to the official Anzac services.
Day 2 (April 24th): Troy Tour & BBQ at Kabatepe (B/D) Early breakfast and departure to Gallipoli at 7am (approx. 4.5 hr drive) arriving around midday. Visit the Trojan horse and the ancient city of Troy, learning about its incredible mythology. In the evening, enjoy a BBQ dinner and camp out. Note: If you are a ballot winner, you will be transferred to ANZAC Cove. If not, you will be staying at the alternative area to watch the ceremonies. Day 3 (April 25th): ANZAC Dawn Service at Alternative Area in Gallipoli (B/L/D) Early breakfast at our alternative dawn service area. Watch the Australian and New Zealand commemorations on huge screens, followed by a BBQ lunch and then return to Istanbul. Important Note: Only ballot winners who hold an official attendance pass will be permitted to attend the official commemorative services at Gallipoli on Anzac Day 2015. Day 4 (April 26th): End of Trip in Istanbul (B) Your trip comes to an end when you check out of your hotel.
Day 3-4 (April 25th - 26th): Alternative ANZAC Service - Gallipoli Tour (2B/1L/1D) Watch the dawn service from huge screens at an alternative area on Anzac Day 2015. Take a tour of the Gallipoli peninsula including the Kabatepe War Museum, ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair. Continue to Kusadasi.
