HOP-ON HOP-OFF PASSES Travellers looking for a flexible way to travel, with no fixed schedules, can choose from our many open-dated Hop-On Hop-Off Passes all around the world. These passes include all public transportation and handpicked experiences along a set route of your choice with flexible schedules. All you have to do is decide on the route that suits you best, depending on where you want to go and how much time you want to travel! Choose from our many options or create your own tailor-made pass! How our Flexible Hop-on Hop-off passes work: Travel your way Travel freely, at your own pace, to the best hot spots with no tour leader or schedule. Accommodation is not included in our passes, giving you the flexibility to choose where you want to sleep with the help of our recommended hostels.
Complete Flexibility Travel from one destination to the next anytime you wish thanks to the mostly daily departures of our transports and included experiences. Make unlimited changes to your schedule on the go, by contacting Bamba or accessing your trip via the online trip manager.

How it works - Simple steps:
TRIP TYPE: INDEPENDENT Most of our Hop-on Hop-off Passes are considered as ‘Independent’. There is no trip leader to follow around, only local guides for each included experience. You will be on your own travelling independently and at your own pace! There are many like-minded travellers you will meet along the way too. We will pre-book all your transportation and included experiences, the rest will be up to you. Our Happiness Team will always be there to help and answer any questions you may have before, during and after your trip.
TRIP TYPE: GUIDED We also offer Guided Hop-on Hop-off Passes in some specific regions, including Turkey and Australia. With 2-3 departures a week and guides to accompany you, your travel days will be more structured. Travellers with a tight schedule can follow the day by day itinerary and keep the same guide/ driver during the whole journey, or you can hop-on and hop-off anywhere along the route to stay for as long as you want in each destination and wait for the next bus to come by! ADVENTURE TRIPS Alternatively from our Hop-on Hop-off Passes, travellers looking for a more structured itinerary, with accommodation included, and a fixed trip length, can choose from our many Adventure Trips all around the world. Adventure Trips are organised trips with set itineraries which can be combined with any other Bamba trip or booked independently. TRIP TYPES To help you choose the Adventure Trip that is right for you, look for the following logos representing our trip types throughout the brochure:
There’s no tour leader to follow around on these adventures, only local guides for each included activity. You will travel independently on a fixed itinerary with prebooked public transportation, activities and accommodation. Take advantage of some free time to go explore at your own pace. Choose to stay overnight in hostels, 3-star, or 4-star hotels.
If you are looking for private arrangements for you and your travel buddy(ies), our private adventures are perfect for you! We offer a wide range of itineraries that come with a private driver/guide most of the time. Our list of adventures in the brochure is just a reference. We can easily help you create and personalise your own private adventure!
These small group adventures include great local guides, all of your transportation, accommodation, and some meals. They give you the chance to move around more easily, step off the beaten path, and immerse yourself in the local culture. You’ll usually share your trip with no more than 12 like-minded travellers, though the average group size is often lower.
Bus tours offer a cheap way to visit touristic sites. You will usually be travelling with a large group by bus, on a fixed schedule. Most of these tours only include bus transportation and accommodation, entrance fees and activities must be paid locally. These are independent tours accompanied by a tour coordinator who will organise the tour but not guide you.

How it works for you: What’s Included?
Your ‘pass’ includes all your transportation (in our buses, public buses, trains, boats or inner tube!) and fun authentic experiences along the route of your choice in one direction. Accommodation is not included, giving you the flexibility to choose where to sleep and for how long. With the help of our mobile app and website, you can book departures, accommodation and activities

Our flexible passes offer both a tour-style trip in a minimum time limit or the choice to stay at each stop as long as you wish. We offer guaranteed frequent departures in all routes, incorporating adventurous attractions on and off the beaten track.

All of our trips are guided by locals who sometimes doubles as the driver for routes operated in our buses. They are there to help ensure all of your needs are met and that you get the most out of your trip.

All of our accommodation and recommended activities can be pre-booked through our website/app or with your local guide. We offer everything from shared hostel dorms (from $28) to ensuited basic motel rooms (from $100).
What’s For Dinner?
Most overnight stops offer self-catering or group meal options. However in some remote stops meals are included in the nightly rate (from $60 for full board) with veggie/gluten free options.

Passes are valid for 3 months from the date of your departure – 2 months for the section between Sydney and Noosa and 1 month between Noosa and Cairns. Travel is in our own 24 seat mini coaches between Sydney and Noosa, and local bus and train (plus ferry to Magnetic Island) between Noosa and Cairns. Our guides travel on all routes on the set departure days – but you can travel on the train on other days without a guide. You can only access our unique transfers and activities when travelling with the guide. There is a minimum of 3 departures per week over all routes. NORTHBOUND
Sydney - Barrington Tops: Enjoy wine tasting at Hunter Valley, and visit the scenic Barrington Tops for a chance to ride an inner tube down the river and go fishing. Barrington Tops - Spot X: Explore Barrington Tops in the morning, visit a Koala hospital to learn about preservation and travel on to the Spot X Surf Camp for a surf lesson. Spot X - River Camp: Get into kayaks and paddle to our remote riverside camp, spotting sea eagles and other marine life along the way. Try your luck at fishing. River Camp - Byron Bay: Kayak out of the Park and head up to Byron Bay, Australia’s famous surf and arts town. Visit the lighthouse on Australia’s most easterly point. Byron Bay via Brisbane - Noosa: Explore Springbrook National Park, drive by the buzzing Gold Coast and Brisbane up to Noosa. Get off in Noosa to visit Fraser Island. Noosa - Cattle Station: Take a local bus and the ‘Spirit of Queensland’ train, to travel to Rockhampton and then to our remote working cattle station for the night. Cattle Station - Airlie Beach: Learn about daily life on a cattle property and return to Rockhampton. Catch an overnight train to Airlie Beach - the gateway to the Whitsundays. Airlie Beach - Magnetic Island: Take a ferry to the tropical ‘Maggie Island’, with amazing beaches and abundant wildlife. Explore the island and visit a wildlife recovery centre. Magnetic Island - Indigenous Camp: Head to Tully by ferry and train. Go explore the dense rainforest, learn the aboriginal way of life, and ride inner tubes down the river. Indigenous Camp - Cairns: Learn from your Aboriginal guide how to build a traditional ‘Mija’ hut. Then return to Tully and catch the train north to Cairns
SOUTHBOUND
Cairns - Indigenous Camp: Travel by train south to Tully. Go explore the dense rainforest, experience the aboriginal way of life, and ride inner tubes down the river. Indigenous Camp - Airlie Beach: Learn from your Aboriginal guide how to build a traditional ‘Mija’ hut. Then return to Tully and catch the train south to Airlie Beach. Airlie Beach - Noosa: Enjoy some time in Airlie Beach for activities or to relax, then catch an overnight train to Noosa. Head into the National Park for a trek. Noosa - Byron Bay: Pass by Brisbane, on your way to the hippy/alternative town of Nimbin. Do some exploring and then head to Australia’s coolest surf town, Byron Bay. Byron Bay - Sydney: Travel to Sydney via the awesome, beachside Spot X Surf Camp. We recommend you break your trip here for a beach/surf experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between the client and Bamba Experience, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with the Company or its Agents, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and persons under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to update and/ or alter these terms and conditions at anytime. The latest terms and conditions may be found on the Company website http://www.bambaexperience.com/Terms-andConditions-c4i0.html DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables Bamba Experience to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and a voucher or travel documents have been issued. Prices in our brochure are shown as ‘from’ and we reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the holidays shown in our brochure. You will be advised of the current price of the trip that you wish to book before your contract is confirmed. Inca Trail and Galapagos Island trips are non refundable and the departure date is not flexible. Any changes to these trips will result in the complete loss of all payment received by The Company. FINAL PAYMENT: Full payment of the balance of the tour price is due 60 days before the departure date of the first service booked. If full payment is not received by the due date, then rates and tour space cannot be guaranteed and the Company reserves the right to treat the Client’s booking as cancelled. The Company is not responsible for any charges applied to credit card transactions and will not refund or return any fees charged by third parties and incurred during the transaction of the tour cost. CLIENT DETAILS: In order for Bamba Experience to confirm and guarantee the client’s travel arrangements, the client must provide all client details with their final payment. If the Client does not provide all details 60 days or more before departure, the client assumes the risk that the tour may be cancelled at anytime and full cancellation fees will apply. Client Details include: passport number, passport expiry date, passport issue date and place of issuance, full name as it appears in valid passport, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, completed medical form (if applicable), and arrival details (or other documents as requested). Any amendments to these details may result in failure to secure an Inca Trail Trek permit or a Galapagos Trip Reservation. The Company will not be held responsible for any fees levied as a result. CHANGES OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT: Any transfers or changes to any bookings are subject to availability, subject to approval by Bamba Experience and can only be made more than 60 days before the departure date. (Inca Trail & Peru Treks & Galapagos Trips are not-transferrable and non-refundable). Any transfers or changes may incur extra costs and additional fees. Inca Trail and Galapagos Island trips are non refundable, non transferrable and the departure date is not flexible. CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT: Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and be acknowledged by the Company in writing. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation fees applicable. The cancellation fees are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price, excluding insurance.

CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE COMPANY: The Company reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will not cancel a tour less than 60 days before departure except for Force Majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside the Company’s control (excluding Expedition Trips – refer to Expedition Ticket/Conditions of Carriage). When a tour is cancelled by the Company before the agreed date of departure for any reason other than the fault of the Client, the Client can either: take a substitute tour of equivalent or superior quality if the Company is able and willing to offer such a substitute; or take a substitute tour of lower quality if the Company is able and willing to offer one and to recover from the Company the difference in price between the price of the tour originally purchased and that of the substitute tour; or have a full refund of all monies paid under the contract as soon as possible. CHANGES OF A TOUR BY THE COMPANY: Changes made by Bamba Experience S.A. de C.V.: Bamba Experience S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to change any of the facilities, services or prices described in the brochure before a booking is made. If such a change is made, the Client will be told at the time of booking or when the change occurs. If Bamba Experience S.A. de C.V. makes a major change we will inform the Client as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before departure. If the major change is due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances no compensation is payable. UNUSED SERVICES: There will be no discounts or monies refunded for missed or unused services, this includes voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from tour, i.e. sickness, death of a family member etc, late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily. VALIDITY: The prices in this brochure and website are based on rates and costs in effect at time of printing the brochure or posting to the website. The Company reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to tour been paid in full. All dates, itineraries and prices are indicative only. All online reservations and agency bookings shall be deemed as booked in Mexico and shall be subject to Mexican law and jurisdiction. FLEXIBILITY: Bamba Experience S.A de C.V. may alter its timetable(s), inclusive of those impacted by other Operators’ products and relating to all services provided for in this
ticket without notice. The Client appreciates and acknowledges that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and should allow for alternatives. The itinerary provided for each trip is merely representative of the types of activities contemplated, and Bamba Experience S.A. de C.V. is under no contractual obligation to strictly follow it. It is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events, which may include sickness or mechanical breakdown, flight cancellations, strikes, events emanating from political disputes, entry or border difficulties, high season, climate and other unpredictable or unforeseeable circumstances. Bamba Experience S.A. de C.V. Hop on Hop off Flexible passes, for the nature of these trips the flexibility will be limited to the availability of the service and the Company will do its best to assure this flexibility. All reservations shall be made with at least 48 hours prior to departure. All Hop-On Hop-Off passes include a set one way route that include certain destinations, transportation between them, and included activities in different destinations as specified in the pass. All passengers must follow that set route and it can not be modified or exchanged. All routes are final and clients are not allowed to backtrack or use a route, or activity twice. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK: The Client acknowledges that the nature of the tour is adventurous and may involve a significant amount of personal risk. The Client hereby assumes all such risk and does hereby release the Company from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks. Prior to tour commencement, the Client may be asked to sign an official release of liability form which can be found at http://www.bambaexperience.com/ReleaseForm-c156i0. html GUARANTEED DEPARTURES: The Company guarantees selected departures at their discretion and shall become guaranteed once there is the designated minimum required number of clients confirmed upon it. This guarantee of departure is still subject to force majeure situations, and the Company reserves the right to remove the guaranteed designation at anytime and will not be held accountable for any costs resulting to the client for this action due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: The Client must be in possession of a valid passport required for entry, departure and travel through each destination point along the itinerary of the tour, (passport must be valid 6 months past the return date), all visas, permits and certificates including vaccination certificates, insurance policies, required for the whole of the journey. The Client accepts full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the tour, and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from missing or defective documentation. FORCE MAJEURE: The Company shall not be liable in any way to the Client for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss or detriment to person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirect incurred, or for the Company’s failure to commence, perform and/ or complete any duty owed to the Client if such death, delay, bodily injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, damage or other loss or detriment to person or property is caused by Act of God, war or war like operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities or threat thereof, civil commotions, labor difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, howsoever and where so ever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other event or cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Company the consequences of which could not have been foreseen or avoided even if all due care had been exercised. INSURANCE: It is mandatory that all Clients obtain travel insurance with a minimum medical coverage of US$75,000 while travelling with the Company and this insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and evacuation expenses. Clients must be able to provide proof of Insurance purchase and adequate coverage as per the required amounts above if requested by the group Leader or Company Representative. It is strongly recommended the coverage be extended to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to the Client. The Company shall have no liability for loss, theft of or damage to baggage or personal effects. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: The Client acknowledges he or she will be visiting places where the political, cultural and geographical attributes present certain risks, dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in his or her daily lives. By booking travel with the Company, the Client acknowledges she or he has considered the potential risks, dangers and challenges, and expressly assumes the risks attendant to such travel conditions. The Client is solely responsible for acquainting themselves with customs, weather conditions, physical challenges and laws in effect at each stop along the itinerary, and are encouraged to locate or make contact prior to embarkation with his/her local embassy or consulate in each destination. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS: If a Client has a complaint against the Company, the Client must first inform the tour leader at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified. If satisfaction is not reached, the Client must contact the Company representative or local Office Manager whilst on tour in order that the Company is provided the opportunity to rectify the matter. Failure to indicate dissatisfaction whilst on tour will result in the Client’s ability to claim compensation from the Company being reduced or extinguished. If satisfaction is still not reached through these means while the Client remains on the tour, then any further complaint must be put in writing to the Company via its Agents or directly to head office at sales@bambaexperience.com, within 30 days of the end of the tour. The Company will not accept any liability for claims received after this period. PRIVACY POLICY: Bamba Experience S.A. de C.V. will provide your personal information, as well as any personal information you provide in relation to the persons whose travel arrangements have been requested by you, to suppliers and carriers to enable the operation of the services requested by you. We do our utmost to protect your personal information. IMAGES, VIDEOS AND MARKETING: The Client agrees that during the tour images, photos or videos may be taken by other travellers and/or the Company Staff that may contain the Client in part or in whole. The Client agrees that these images may be reproduced by the Company and the Client grants perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to reproduce such images, photos or video in any medium for promotion and publicity purposes.
