CHAOS OF TRAFFIC FLOWS
1. The traffic flows in heat-supply factory are unorganized, which creates chaos of tranportations. 2. The plant area is too large and not connected to open space. 3. The industrial constructions are too large, which have a great effect to external visual perception. It also blocks the sight from neighborhood to Songhua River. 4. The traditional coal-fired heating method caused severe pollution.
