Anapana (Mindfulness of breathing) teaches children improved concentration skills and nhances calmness of the mind. This technique helps to relieve anxiety and to calm those nerves, but also for everyday life. The next Anapana Meditation course will be given on Sunday 22 February for children aged between 8-16 years. The course is completely free! Children are warmly invited to join us at Neilson Hays Library on Saturday 21 February to celebrate the year of the goat! It will be an exciting morning of storytelling about the Lunar New Year, dragon arts and crafts activities and the popular lion dancers.
