Both fish are sustainably farmed in Australia with both farms accredited with Best Aquaculture practices (BAP) which insures safe, responsible and ethical farm-raised seafood. All our Grill dishes are served with chips and salad or seasonal Vegetables. Our steaks are cooked to your liking served with gravy, mushroom, Diane or pepper sauce.
