What are the options for spaces available for events?
We offer three individual spaces that are fully customisable based on the size of the function, accommodating anywhere from 16 to 300 people. Please note that all attendees must be over 18 years old.
What are the minimum spends for different types of bookings? For non-exclusive use, the minimum spend per person is $100 on Fridays to Sundays and $80 on Wednesdays to Thursdays, with a set menu. For Exclusive use of specific spaces, Lady Banks requires a minimum spend as follows:
Indoor | $15,000 on Fridays to Sundays | $10,000 on Wednesdays toThursdays.
North Terrace | $12,000 on Fridays to Sundays | $8,000 on Wednesdays to Thursdays.
South Terrace | $8,000 on Fridays to Sundays | $5,000 on Wednesdays to Thursdays.
Exclusive use of the entire venue incurs a minimum spend of $28,000 on Fridays to Sundays and $15,000 on Wednesdays to Thursdays.
What is the latest function time? 7pm.
What are the terms regarding deposits and payments?
A 10% deposit of the minimum spend is required at the time of booking. The full minimum spend must be paid one day prior to the event, along with signed terms & conditions.
What requirements are there for contractors and vendors? All contractors and vendors must complete an induction and provide their Public Liability Insurance before the event.
