TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Full payment will be required at time of booking. Payments are made online via credit card inclusive of booking fees.
2. Bookings are available $99pp.
3. Guests must be 18+ to attend event
4. Cancellations will be considered until 14 days prior to the event. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed a refund and will be reviewed at management’s discretion.
5. We encourage you to provide any dietary requests 5 days prior to the day. Please include your booking name when sending your dietary and/or allergy list to our reservation team Bookings@ladybanks.com.au
6. If management feel you are disturbing other patrons and/or not following RSA, they have the right to ask you to vacate the premises at any time during the event.
7. We will have a professional photographer and videographer on sight capturing the event, these photos may be used at our discretion including social media and marketing materials. Please make our photographer aware on the day if you wish to be excluded from photos.
8. Whilst there will be seating available the event, seating will not be assigned, and guests are encouraged utilise the space.
