Auburn Tennis Club Meat Raffle Terms and Conditions 1. Any person over the age of 18 years in the venue can take part in the promotion. Current staff and contracted staff of Bankstown Sports and its associated venues are not permitted to enter the promotion. 2. Meat raffles are held weekly, every Thursday from Thursday 19 May 2023. Tickets go on sale from 6pm and draws commence at 7pm at Auburn Tennis Club, 181 Chisholm Road, 3. Auburn NSW 2144. 4. Raffle ticket prices are listed below:

$1 for 8 Numbers $2 for 16 numbers $3 for 24 numbers $4 for 32 numbers $5 for 45 numbers $10 for 100 numbers

5. Tickets to be sold in numerical order. Patrons must be present at time of purchase. Tickets/numbers cannot be pre ordered or reserved by raffle attendees. 6. No tickets will be sold once the raffle has commenced. 7. The prize pool will consist of 10 meat trays (8x small trays and 2x large trays). Totalling the retail value to approximately $400. 8. Prize winner to select from all remaining prizes at time of their number being drawn. 9. Each meat tray prize will be drawn by an OLGR approved random number generator and will be announced by the promotional MC by way of microphone. The number is also prominently displayed on this random generator display machine. 10. One winning number is entitled to one prize. 11. Winners must claim their prize within 4 minutes of the draw, and after 4 minutes announcements, a re-draw will take place. 12. Winners of meat trays who wish to remain in the club after the meat raffle, can have their meat trays refrigerated in the Meat Raffle fridge until 10.30pm that night. If meat trays are un-collected by 10.30pm, they will be disposed of. Storing of claimed meat raffle prizes in the fridge after the completion of the meat raffle is at the own discretion and risk of the winner. The club holds no liability over misdirected or lost prizes, and replacement prizes will not be offered. 13. Any disputes will be resolved using the discretion of the venue manager or duty manager rostered on the night. 14. Prizes are handed out based on patron’s preference and selection.
