THE COMBO CUP
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Participants in the Promotion shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time). The Promoter is Bankstown District Sports Club Limited ABN 88 000 243 916 (referred to as “BSC” or “Promoter”) of 8 Greenfield Parade Bankstown NSW 2200, phone 02 9722 9888. The ‘Combo Cup’ offer runs from Tuesday 22 November until December 18 and is available to members only. The winner will be drawn on December 20 at midday and will be announced via email and social media. The winner will be contacted by a member of the Bankstown Sports team when their winning ticket is drawn. The winning ticket will be drawn randomly out of a promotional barrel at Bankstown Sports by a nominated member of The Promoter’s management team. Winners do not have to be present at the time of the draw. If the winner has not contacted the marketing team at Bankstown sports within 24 hours of being notified of their prize, they will forfeit their prize and a redraw will take place. This is a game of chance. To enter, purchase any item from the dedicated Combo Cup food or beverage combos during the nominated game schedules and place your entry ticket into the promotional box at the counter in the Rainforest Lounge, Basement Brewhouse, or the Terrace Bar. There are a total of 6 winners. Prizes are as follows: 3rd prize – 3 winners will be drawn $150 Brewhouse Experience + Case of Brewhouse Kolsch or Pale Ale 2nd prize - 2 winners will be drawn 2 winners staycation and a dinner $250 BSC Gift Card 1st prize – 1 winner will be drawn PS5 with God of War Ragnarok and FIFA 23 Prizes can be claimed by the winner from Restwell St reception. COPYRIGHT, STATUTORY GUARANTEES, WAIVER, AND LIABILITY The Promoter does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. All entries become the property of The Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and The Promoter may use the entrant’s names, emails, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. By entering, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact The Promoter on their details set out below.
