Your Life At Durham Green
MyTeam
MyTeam is all about improving quality of life. It is care that focusses on connecting with you, knowing your story and supporting you to live a meaningful life. Residents, families and consistent team members are all partners in MyTeam. This means the same group of team members provide personal care for the same residents, every day they work. Each team will be better placed to understand the needs and preferences of those residents in their care, so they can support their choices.

Durham Green offers the full spectrum of care to meet you where your needs are.
As your needs change, we’ll be there to take the worry out of everyday living. Registered nurses oversee every aspect of individual personal care. Our highly skilled staff are dedicated to going beyond what is expected to help you maintain your independence.
Durham Green Manor
The Manor at Durham Green has 48 apartments which are designed to have a comfortable, home-like atmosphere with a touch of luxury. Each spacious apartment has its own ensuite and kitchenette.
There are also 5-star facilities on offer, including an à la carte menu of meals prepared by our inhouse chef.
Memory Care Lodge
Caring for someone with dementia requires special consideration and Durham Green offers 56 suites in a purpose-built Memory Care Lodge that gives residents a sense of home while catering to their specific needs.
Enabling residents to live in a dignified manner, the Memory Care Lodge is the only facility of its type in South West Sydney, and one of the few of this quality in the country.

Caring For You
Your dedicated Care Team Manager will meet with you and your family to plan how we will support your choices, preferences and needs. You’ll have access to a range of health professionals onsite, with registered nurses on duty 24/7. Rest assured, we will be there to provide the care you need when you need it.
The Manor
Durham Green offers the full spectrum of care at The Manor – our state of the art extra services aged care facility which offers a wide range of accommodation options.
We have people who move into a ‘manor’ not into a nursing home – where their independence is supported and their privacy respected. The ongoing health and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority, and we pride ourselves in tailoring our care, our meals and activities to meet the specific needs of every individual. Registered nurses will oversee every aspect of individualised personal care. All our staff are dedicated to going beyond what is expected – that personal touch that can only come from genuine caring.
Memory Lodge
It can often be very difficult to decide how best to care for a loved one suffering from dementia.
Here at Durham Green we are committed to providing excellent, positive dementia care for our residents and increased peace of mind for their families.
Our purpose built and well-designed dementia-specific facility plays an important role in ensuring that the resident’s quality of life is maintained.
Chaplaincy Care
As a Christian not-for-profit organisation, our purpose is to respect and care for you. That’s why our chaplains are here to support you through life’s challenges and experiences, whatever your beliefs and however you express your spirituality. They’ll spend time getting to know you, offer friendship, and be there to support you in times of need.

THE MANOR
The Manor consists of two levels, each with a communal dining room and lounge room. The lower level contains a beautiful bright communal lounge room reaching out to a wonderful courtyard, while the top level contains the Balmoral room lounge area.
Residents have access to a library, an on-site hairdresser and a range of extra services.

THE LODGE
The Memory Care Lodge is split over two levels with each level containing four communal lounge rooms. Meals are served in the communal dining rooms which have great views over the paddocks, a perfect place to watch the cows enjoy the sunshine. The lower level contains a beautiful courtyard for a nice stroll in the fresh air. Residents also have access to an on-site hairdresser.
