BaptistCare at home Nursing provides safe, effective client-centred clinical care in a client's home. Clinical care is a holistic approach that may include the prevention,treatment and management of illness or injury, and the maintenance of social, mental and physical wellbeing.

Commonwealth Home Support Program Nursing
Service provides short-term or intermittent nursing care that supports you to manage your own health and wellbeing independently over time.

y Preventing and managing pressure injuries
y Continence management and catheter care
y Chronic disease education
y Health monitoring and education
y Post operative care and monitoring.
