DID YOU KNOW? The many ways patients can schedule appointments?

The baptistjax.com site was launched nearly two years ago with Echo integration. It’s true that we only take physicians from Echo into our downstream database. However, for employed practices with extenders who wish to be on the site, we do create profiles for them in our downstream database and hook them into request an appointment. There are 2 ways to request an appointment with an extender. First is to go to a physician page at the location where the extender is located.

If there are extenders at that location, they can be found in the right column under “Also at this location”. The second way is to simply google their name “laura bailey appointment”.

To be implemented soon, a third way from the practice page. In the right column is a request an appointment mini form. Currently that form only allows physician appointments in the drop down list.
