Employee Survey Over, Your Feedback Still Welcome

Thank you to the 5,400 employees who took the 2013 Employee Survey during May. We appreciate you taking the time to provide valuable feedback that will help us enhance our work environment. Towers Watson, our survey vendor, is now tabulating the results and expects to distribute reports in July. We will share the collective feedback with all employees once the results are available. Even though the survey has closed, we always welcome your feedback and

suggestions and continue to provide a confidential employee comment card in the “Life at Baptist” section of the employee intranet. Employees are also encouraged to share feedback directly with their supervisor, manager, director and Human Resources. Thank you for all that you do to support Baptist Health and our brand promise of changing health care for good. You are the reason that year after year local residents choose Baptist Health as the region’s most preferred healthcare team.
