Conclusions This 2022-2024 Community Health Needs Assessment will serve as a focal point for the efforts of Baptist Health Madisonville to improve the health in its community. The list of needs was developed using a variety of sources, including primary survey data, secondary data gathered from multiple sources, and input from healthcare and other professionals in the area. Of these, the hospital will focus on the first four, leaving sexually transmitted diseases, substance abuse/treatment, and childcare services to organizations and facilities with more resources in those areas. Baptist Health Madisonville will continue to provide the highest quality care and commitment to improve the health of the community it serves.
