Directed by Linda Bloodworth-Thomason, BRIDEGROOM is a documentary that tells the emotional journey of Shane Bitney Crone and Thomas Lee Bridegroom, whose relationship was cut tragically short by a misstep off the side of a roof. This is one party that has become the biggest annual tradition of both ski week and Telluride. Dance the night away with ski week patrons, locals and TAB Fashion Show models. Be sure to wear your best (or most creative) white for the Party of the Year in Telluride! DJs Brandon Moses and Casey Alva will join together on stage for 5-hours of non-stop dance music as we party into the wee morning hours. FRIDAY, FEB. 28-MONDAY, MAR. 3 The Telluride AIDS Benefit Silent Auction, After Party and Sample Sale come to the Sheridan Opera House Feb. 28-March 3. TAB is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to fight HIV/AIDS by heightening awareness, as well as generating financial support for educational programs and client care. By initiating outreach programs, workshops and events on a regional and global level, TAB is committed to combating this worldwide pandemic that affects individuals, families, communities and countries. Since 1994, the Telluride AIDS Benefit has donated nearly $2 million to HIV/AIDS education, advocacy, clinical care and NGOs in Colorado and Africa: the Ethiopian Family Fund, Western 30

Colorado AIDS Project, University of Colorado Hospital Foundation, Ubuntu Africa, Denver Children’s Hospital Immunodeficiency Program, Brother Jeff’s Community Health Initiative, and The Manzini Youth Care Center in Swaziland. The Friday, Feb. 28 TAB Silent Auction (doors open at 5 p.m.) combines the best of local and international art, as well as pieces from the patients at Denver’s Children’s Hospital Immunodeficiency Program (CHIP). Saturday, March 1, the sold-out TAB Gala Fashion Show takes place at the Telluride Conference Center at 8 p.m. Note to high-rollers: “If you want to pay $10,000 for a ticket, I can definitely get you in,” says TAB Executive Director Stash Wislocki (aidsbenefit. org). After the show, the party moves down to the Opera House for the TAB Fashion Show After-Party (doors open at 10:30 p.m.; admission $20).
