Great Pyramid

The oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza Necropolis. Only one remaining of the Original Seven Wonders of The World. Believed to have been built as a tomb for Fourth dynasty Egyptian pharaoh Khufu.
Constructed over a 20 year period concluding around 2560 BC. The tallest structure in the world for over 3,800 years.
Hanging Gardens of Babylon

Also known as Hanging Gardens of Semiramis) and the walls of Babylon (near present-day Al Hillah in Iraq) are considered one of the Original Seven Wonders of The World. Described by Diodorus as
multi-levelled gardens reaching 22 metres (75 feet) high, complete with machinery for circulating water and tress growing on the roof.

Dedicated to the Greek goddess Artemis Took 120 years to build; started by Croesus of Lydia Burned down by Herostratus in an attempt to

Halicarnassus

This famous monument was erected in Bodium, Turkey, by Queen Artemisia in memory of her husband, King Mausolus of Caria in Asia Minor, who died in 353 B.C. Some remains of the structure are in the British Museum.
This shrine is the source of the modern word “mausoleum,� which is a large above-ground tomb.

Stonehenge, in many peoples’ minds, is the most mysterious place in the world. This set of stones laid out in concentric rings and horseshoe shapes on the empty Salisbury Plain, is, at the age of 4,000 years, one of the oldest, and
certainly best preserved, megalithic (ancient stone) structures on Earth, but we know almost nothing about who built Stonehenge and why.

The largest ever built in the Roman Empire one of the great works of Roman architecture and engineering. Started between 70 and 72 AD under Emperor Vespasian. Completed in 80 AD under Titus.Capable of seating 50,000 spectators.

Porcelain Tower of Nanjing

Leaning Tower of Pisa

Freestanding bell tower, of the cathedral of the Italian city of Pisa. Althoughintended to stand vertically, the tower began leaning to the southeast soon after the onset of construction in 1173 due to a poorly laid foundation and loose substrate that has allowed the foundation to shift direction. This first floor is surrounded by pillars with classical
capitals, leaning against blind arches. The tower began to sink after construction progressed to the third floor in 1178. This was due to a mere three-meter foundation, set in weak, unstable subsoil. Total number of bells:7,tuned to musical scale, clockwise. Steps to bell tower : 294
