We want to assist employees by sharing a variety of helpful resources, to support them in achieving and maintaining a positive financial wellbeing. Salary Finance Our financial wellbeing provider, Salary Finance, aims to support colleagues with their money by providing access to affordable loans, savings accounts and money insights to help you take control of your money. Salary Finance provide: Loans repaid through salary: Loans at affordable rates with higher acceptance than banks. A lower-rate loan could help you save money by paying off debt that is more expensive. Representative Rate 7.9% APR (fixed) Simple savings: Savings accounts with Yorkshire Building Society with contributions transferred directly from salary, helping you to save without the hassle. Help to Save: With this government-backed scheme, anyone receiving Working Tax Credit, Universal Credit or Child Tax Credit could earn bonus payments on their savings. Earn up to 50p for every £1 saved. Money insights: A range of tips and videos as well as tools for budgeting and saving to help make money simple.

Beneficiary nominatons As part of your terms and conditions you are entitled to a life assurance benefit. It is important that you complete the beneficiary nomination section on your My Barratt benefit site so if the worst ever happened we would know your wishes. Pension Beneficiary You should also ensure that you log in to your pension provider account and enter your beneficiary nomination data to allow the pension provider to know your wishes.
