WebEx sessions We have a number of 30 minute interactive WebEx sessions available, which aim to bring people from across the business together to discuss carefully selected topics, in order to learn and network. Exciting opportunities Over the coming weeks we have sourced two webinars specifically for us, which will be available for both furloughed and non-furloughed employees. Positive psychology - the key to our challenging times Tuesday 5 May, 10:00-11:00 Hosted by Rebecca Galustian, an accredited Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over fifteen years’ experience working in individual and group therapy. The session looks at what we can do to be happier on a day to day basis. In this challenging period we are living in, the session will provide advice and guidance on thinking positively. With a focus on; healthier relationships including cherishing friends, utilising your strengths, the art of bouncing back - developing a resilience tool kit, and looking after your physical health. Join to hear more about the concept of mindfulness and understand how by adding mindfulness into your daily routine it may improve your resilience, reduce feelings of anxiety, develop levels of compassion and improve your overall wellbeing.
