For Wong, this is like trying to engage in her third language, English; trying to interact and understand this world, this place, is like interacting with the Machine. Her struggle is in navigating the distance between languages, challenging her to code-switch persona to be accepted into the programme. This visual narrative depicts her mental well-being in connection with this place.
