Matt Camm What’s it best for? One colour only block text or logo. We recommend: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Bags, Jackets, Joggers. Not for: Large prints on stretch fabrics.
Screen Print What’s it best for? A long wearing bold print in 1-4 colours. We recommend: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Joggers. Not for: Large areas.
Sublimation What’s it best for? A stead fast print that will never fade. As much detail and colour as you like including fading edges. We recommend: T-Shirts, Jackets, Vogue Pants, Crop Jumpers, Crop Tops and Hipsters. Not for: Non-polyester based fabrics. Please note: On sub t.shirts the print cannot go to the edges of the garment. NAME OPTIONS We will be pleased to provide a quote for any additional lettering or logos. Options for personalising your uniform with your squad name: 1. DIAMANTE Made using the finest crystals for extra sparkle. Custom diamantes can take longer
to manufacture, please consider this when ordering to a deadline. In some cases minimums on diamantes must be met.
3. DOUBLE APPLIQUÉ As above but with an extra ‘highlight’ layer underneath. This method may cause some stiffness in the material.
2. APPLIQUÉ Pick the fabrics used in your garment to create your lettering. Great for bulky lettering. Pick any stock fabric.
4. SHADOW APPLIQUÉ A subtle second layer behind the primary layer to give a ‘shadowing’ effect.

FABRICS - Due to photography and printing, the colour chart may not show the exact colour of the fabric we stock. It is for guidance only. In addition, the same colour in different fabrics may vary in shades. You can request a fabric swatch to see the exact colours and fabrics by calling our sales team on 01772 277777.
BINDING AND PIPING - All colours of foil lycra and plain lycra are available to use as binding and piping. NOTE: The foil prism lycra fabrics are not recommended for binding and piping as they may cause irritation to the skin in sensitive areas such as the underarms and neck.
COLOUR BLOCKING - putting white fabric with other colours may result in colour transference. Perspiration and deodorant can also cause colours to run into each other, especially under the arms. This is a common industry issue and can occur even despite following correct washing instructions.

CARE OF YOUR UNIFORM To prolong the life of your garment, we recommend the following: All garments must be turned inside out prior to washing. Machine wash separately in cold water, using a gentle cycle. DO NOT USE bleach, detergents or fabrics conditioners. Remove immediately from washer, tumble dry on low or no heat setting, alternatively hang dry. DO NOT lay flat to dry. Metallic, foil fabrics may dull with wear and
repeated washing, areas that incur friction may show some loss of foil. We recommend you choose these garments for occasional competition usage. If these instructions are followed, your Milano uniform will stay looking pristine for a long time. Detailed Technical information on the content of the fabrics is available on request. For full details on exchanges/refunds, please see the website. Milano cannot accept responsibilty for any problems where care recommendations have not been observed.
ORDERING Due to the complexity of manufacturing to your specifications, we do have to apply some minimum quantities for orders as follows: WOMEN’S First order, standard pattern - 12 For new or amended patterns (other than colour change) - 20 Subsequent order, same as first order - 6 MEN’S First order, standard pattern - 6 Subsequent order, same as first order - 6* *Where the minimum order of women’s leotards is being ordered at the same time, there is no minimum order for men. Subsequent orders of 2-5 will be accepted subject to a premium of 40% on the quoted price. Please ask our club specialists when ordering.
SAMPLES You can order a sample in size 32 or 34 for women’s and 38 or 40 for men’s. You will be charged double the normal price but when you place your full order, providing no details have been changed, 50% of the sample price will be refunded. Samples take 10 working days to manufacture. SHIPPING Postal charges vary according to the size of your order. For international shipping please ask for current postal rate. Orders take 4-6 weeks unless you have ordered a new fabric or diamante from our suppliers in which case you will be advised of your lead time accordingly. New or amended designs take 4-6 weeks on first order, then 3-4 weeks on subsequent orders. REFUNDS/REPAIRS
Once an order has been placed we cannot make changes or add additional garments at a later date without observing the standard minimums.
We will be happy to repair any garment less than 6 months old, unless beyond repair*. Please return in a clean condition (soiled garments cannot be handled due to hygiene regulations.)**
The order cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
*We may repair older garments at our discretion which may be subject to a small charge. **We reserve the right not to handle soiled garments.
PAYMENTS Payments must be made when placing your order. We accept credit/debit cards, cheque, cash, Paypal or BACS payments.
As your order is unique to you and your club, we regret that we cannot exchange, replace or refund items unless faulty.
