Please provide our sales team with the following information when ordering: - The style you would like, whether bodice, long sleeved or mens. - The fabric(s) you would like and where each is to be placed in co-ordination with the line drawing situated beside the style. - If your garment requires binding or piping please also pick your colours for this. - What diamantes you would like if any. - The sizes that you would like to order.
ORDERING
minimum quantities
samples
Due to the complexity of manufacturing to your specifications, we do have to apply some minimum quantities as follows:
You can order a sample in size 32 or 34 for women’s and 38 or 40 for men’s. You will be charged double the normal price but when you place your full order, providing no details have been changed, 50% of the sample price will be refunded. Samples take 10 working days to manufacture.
WOMEN’S First order, standard pattern - 12 For new or amended patterns (other than colour change) - 20 Subsequent order, same as first order - 6 MEN’S First order, standard pattern - 6 Subsequent order, same as first order - 6* *Where the minimum order of womens leotards is being ordered at the same time, there is no minimum order for men. Subsequent orders of 2-5 will be accepted subject to a premium of 40% on the quoted price. Please ask our club specialists when ordering. For information on custom design please see page 54. Once an order has been placed we cannot make changes or add additional garments at a later date without observing the standard minimums. The order cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
payments Payments must be made when placing your order. We accept credit/debit cards, cheque, cash, Paypal or BACS payments.
ShIPPING If you live in the UK you will not be charged for shipping. For international shipping please ask for current postal rate. Orders take 3-4 weeks unless you have ordered a new fabric or diamante from our suppliers in which case you will be advised of your lead time accordingly. New or amended designs take 4-6 weeks on first order, then 3-4 weeks on subsequent orders.
REFUNDS/REPAIRS We will be happy to repair any garment less than 6 months old, unless beyond repair*. Please return in a clean condition (soiled garments cannot be handled due to hygiene regulations.)** *We may repair older garments at our discretion which may be subject to a small charge. **We reserve the right not to handle soiled garments.
As your order is unique to you and your club, we regret that we cannot exchange, replace or refund items unless faulty.

When choosing your fabrics please bear the following in mind...
Fabrics
Due to photography and printing, the colour chart may not show the exact colour of the fabric we stock. It is for guidance only. In addition, the same colour in different fabrics may vary in shades. You can request a fabric swatch to see the exact colours and fabrics by calling our sales team on 01772 277777 or email info@milano-pro-sport.com
Binding and Piping
All colours of foil lycra and plain lycra are available to use as binding and piping. NOTE: The foil prism lycra fabrics are not recommended for binding and piping as they may cause irritation to the skin in sensitive areas such as the underarms and neck. Our fabrics are tested extensively for colourfastness and we cannot be responsible for colour transference which is not due to any fault with the fabric.
SCRUNCHIES -
Colour Blocking
Putting white fabric with other colours may result in colour transference. Perspiration and deodorant can also cause colours to run into each other, especially under the arms. This is a common industry issue and can occur even despite following correct washing instructions.

PERSONALISATION OPTIONS Want to change your sleeve length? Some clubs prefer a 3/4 sleeve instead of our standard full length. Speak with our sales team to see how this will effect your chosen style. Want a different neckline? We offer all of our styles as a round neck as standard but you can also choose our ‘milano’ or ‘mitre’ neck. You can also ask for more or less body length to accommodate different body shapes. Simply ask the sales team to add or take the required inches. All of these options must be added to your whole club order, please note we do not make tailor-fit items for each individual.

PLEASE NOTE Everyone’s perception of fit can vary greatly, therefore our size charts are only provided as a general guide for you to determine your size. If you think you may require extra/less body or arm length, our sales team will be happy to discuss this with you.
CARE OF YOUR LEOTARD To prolong the life of your leotard, we recommend the following: All leotards must be turned inside out prior to washing. Machine wash separately in cold water, using a gentle cycle. DO NOT USE bleach, detergents or fabrics conditioners. Remove immediately from washer, tumble dry on low or no heat setting, alternatively hang dry. DO NOT lay flat to dry. Metallic, foil fabrics may dull with wear and repeated washing, areas that incur friction may show some loss of foil. We recommend you choose these leotards for occasional competition usage. If these instructions are followed, your Milano leotard will stay looking pristine for a long time. Detailed Technical information on the content of the fabrics is available on request. For full details on exchanges/refunds, please see the website. Milano cannot accept responsibilty for any problems where care recommendations have not been observed.

CUSTOM DESIGNS From time to time a club may find that we do not have a style they would like. So we also offer a custom design service to ensure that you get exactly what you want. Send us your ideas and our design team will send you back artwork as close to your specifications as possible that can realistically be manufactured.
