General Job Description Team Management • Leads and inspires the LC & respective function, and supports overall LC culture. • Facilitates productive function and team leader meetings. • Develops and coaches team leaders and members personally and professionally.
Strategy Management • Aligns the functional plans to those of the LC and the MC. • Manages the functional decision-making, planning and implementation. • Evaluates the internal and external environment to guide functional decisions.
Performance Management • Steers the function towards growth, performance and results. • Troubleshoots functional issues and concerns. • Monitors functional performance and tracks key results and MOS of the function.
