“If you are reading this now, it is because something inside you brought you here. Deciding whether or not to run for presidency requires a lot of courage and boldness. I remember one year ago when I was applying to lead the entity through LCP position and how intimidated and scared I was. LCP position is like no other, it is one of the most powerful positions a young individual could ever experience. The one that gives you the opportunity and the chance to decide the limits and the impact you want to create. Just the ones who had the chance to be LCP can understand the feeling of working and fighting everyday for your people, your entity, and your society! In the upcoming year, you will go through a lot but in the end you will not regret this decision, and as much as you might sacrifice, the LCP position will add to you much more personally and professionally. EB Management and Development Team identity definition. Building and leading EB team. Ensure fulfilment of VP JDs. Ensure effective EB meetings. Track, coach and develop EB members. Provide learning and development environment for EB team. Ensure pipeline at all the levels.
LC Operations Planning & Tracking Ensure alignment with National and Global directions. Develop and implementation of LC strategies and vision. Develop and implement the plan of the year. Guarantee individual plan for VPs. Final responsible of the achievement of LC goals. Final responsible for fulfilment of LC budget. Re-planning and monthly & quarterly review.
National & Global Direction Alignment Involvement, awareness and alignment with National direction. Downscaling national & global direction in the EB and LC. Take decisions as the president of AIESEC in Menofia.

LC Governance & Accountability Attendance to National Conferences and legislation meetings. Accountability in the report system (SONA) and coaching system. Legality responsible of LC activities. Final responsible of presenting the membership criteria.
Local Committee Management Role modeling. Guardian on the AIESEC Way. Create and maintain LC culture inside the entity. Fulfilment of the experience of the membership.
LC Representation Ensure a good communication with LCP commission and MC. Promote and position LC in the National and Global plenary. Represent the LC in legislation meeting, and downscaling information to EB & LC members. Represent AIESEC in the external environment. Final responsible of the University Relations. Final responsible of the account management system. (enablers, partners,... etc) *LCP is the final decision maker, representative and performance responsible at an LC level to the national plenary.

Deadline for submission: Thursday, 4th of October, 2018 at 11:59 PM
Missing any of the above mentioned guidelines will directly lead to the automatic disqualification of your application.

Early Bird Submission Submitting the application before the 1st of October is considered as an early bird submission. This submission gives the current LCP the space to review the application and report back to the applicant in case of any disqualifications so it could be fixed.
