With more than 30 years of experience, we understand what is really important in the Fashion Industry and in Visual Merchandising. Perfection based on experience With decades of experience, every manual action and processing step for the mannequins is carefully considered. In addition, our dedicated team implements the latest developments in production technology. This results in well thought-out concepts and sustainable products with helpful details. Our aim is always to optimize the processes and save time regarding the handling, transportation and presentation of our mannequins. This way, our customers can concentrate on portraying their brand while we perfect the rest.

Accurate, light and sustainable mannequins Our experience and expertise goes into every single detail. The precision workmanship guarantees that all parts of the mannequin are a perfect fit. This additionally simplifies the exchange and reorder of individual parts. Our mannequins consist of glass-fibre reinforced polyester (47% bio resin) and are laminated by hand. This allows us to create light (8-9 kg) as well as environmentally friendly mannequins.

GENESIS The difference is in the detail All mannequins are equipped with practical features for an optimal handling. The leg spring for easy dressing or the patent pending Tool Box, which contains helpful care and handling utensils. We carefully evaluate all implemented materials in regard to sustainability, improvement of the product characteristics and customer benefits. For example, we only use non-toxic water-based colors. Upon request, our mannequins also receive a specially

developed nano-ceramic surface protection for extreme scratchresistance and durability. These are all features that we support with our unusually long product warranty. The hands of our mannequins are all made of certified, non-toxic PVC, which was developed in our own Research Department and has been classified as completely non-toxic.

This means that every product is subjected to a seven-step quality control. Afterwards, we vouch for the quality and precision of our products with a warranty period of three years.

GENESIS was the first manufacturer in the world to produce mannequins with innovative and ecological raw materials. Since the very beginning, sustainability has been an integral part of our company’s DNA. Each and every one of us can contribute Our contribution is unique and sub stantial. We take responsibility and integrate a large slice of sustainability in every thought process, every production step and every new development. GENESIS was the first company in the world to develop environmentally friendly mannequins. That was the starting point and now, every single internal and external process adheres to our ecological principles – from the production to the offices.

Our production facility in China has become a pioneer and a model of sustainability. We use as many eco- friendly raw materials as possible in all of our sites. We pay particular attention to the ecological generation of energy (e.g., solar power), low- emission transportation routes and we use energy-saving appliances (AAA category). We generate heat in the drying chambers and purify the water used for manufacturing in a controlled process. Last but not least, we recycle in a responsible and adequate manner. Our principles of sustainability are followed on a daily basis in all of our sites and in all areas of the company.

Achieving sustainable goals with “green” mannequins Our mannequins are produced with the largest possible percentage of organic material. The material basis is glass-fibre reinforced polyester, which has been replaced by high-quality bio resin by 47%. This resin consists of 100% sustainable raw materials and was developed by DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products. GENESIS sells the only retail manne quins in the world that include this unique resin. The material is free of petroleum and has an incomparable ecological assessment: 38% less energy consumption in the production and 42% less greenhouse gasses during production compared to materials that contain petroleum. In addition, the use of this bio resin ensures particularly robust mannequins that are more durable, longer-lasting and of higher quality.

Our own research for even more sustainability Our Research & Development Department is constantly working on the improvement of all materials in collaboration with international universities. The better the research, the more sustainable the GENESIS production will become and the higher the proportion of certified organic material in our mannequins will be. Many of the currently used materials are environmentally friendly for people and nature. They therefore bear a quality seal, which certifies the origin and ecological soundness. We use proven non-toxic PVC*, recycling cartons**, bio resin in the polyester *** and non-toxic water-based colors****.

Each GENESIS mannequin is a well thought-out, unique character for the perfect presentation of fashion. Our mannequins are fitted with many useful details as standard. In addition, we can realize individual ideas to adapt new or already existing mannequins to the varying requirements of our customers. The lightest mannequins on the market Our mannequins are extremely lightweight. This means that each figure can easily be carried and assembled by just one person. Two factors have helped us to achieve a low weight of 8 kg for the women and 9 kg for the men (each without base plate). Our mannequins are made of glass-fibre reinforced polyester and laminated by hand instead of being produced in the conventional

blow molding process. Furthermore, 47% of the plastic material is replaced by a natural bio resin, which makes the mannequins more durable and lighter. As an additional benefit, this also turns every GENESIS mannequin into a sustainable product. GENESIS Tool Box â&#x20AC;&#x201C; a clever detail This box is embedded in the hip plate of each mannequin and contains all the utensils and information that is required during the lifespan of a mannequin, including a cleaning sponge and matching touch-up paint. The box also offers sufficient space to store clothing labels that are removed before the presentation of the goods.

Arm Fittings – three versions for the best possible handling The basic equipment of all GENESIS mannequins includes button arm fittings. These fittings offers high stability and safety, particularly for wide arm poses, as it is impossible to unhook the arm accidentally. Additional feature: the space between the arm and the upper body can be manually adjusted simply and accurately by turning the button – without the need for additional tools.

Leg spring – well thought-out detail for easy handling All GENESIS mannequins with wider leg positions have a leg spring. Due to this so-called “spring fitting”, the legs can be moved flexibly and will automatically spring back into their original position. This allows that one person alone can pull on trousers effortlessly. Detachable heels – for a complete-looking outfit even without shoes Upon request, all female mannequins can be equipped with a heel varnished in the same color as the respective figure. In this way, the presented outfits look more complete, even without shoes. For some female mannequin ranges, this is already available as standard. Bases & spigots – basics for presentation All standing mannequins are delivered with a calf-mounted spigot and a round glass base to securely hold it in an upright position. The base plate is made of polished safety glass, which shatters into small pieces without sharp edges if it breaks to avoid any injuries. NANO PROTECTION – for a long lifespan and thorough cleaning This transparent protective finish consisting of minute ceramic particles can be applied on any mannequin on request. The finish protects the mannequins from dirt and scratches, and is easy to clean. This increases the lifespan of the mannequins and also makes a sustainable contribution to environmental protection. Labels – helpful details Each part of our mannequins is labelled with all of the relevant product details. These labels allow spare parts to be exchanged or reordered at any time. Accessories – absolutely essential for transportation and storage We have developed a trolley to facilitate on-site handling of the mannequins. With this trolley, the mannequin incl. the glass base can be moved around the store effortlessly. The mannequin bags are reliable helpers for longer transportation or space-saving storage of the mannequins. In these bags, the indi vidual mannequin parts are perfectly protected from scratches and damages. Thanks to our extensive market knowledge and our intensive exchange with customers, we can identify their needs and constantly develop new ideas for products and services. Alternatively, we also offer tongue fittings. These fittings consist of a steel core with an ABS plastic lining, which facilitates mounting of the arms and prevents scratches on the mannequin. The third fitting option is known as a dual fitting (standard for the “Heritage” range). This fitting allows an uncomplicated change between FRP arms with button fittings and wooden arms with a push & pull fitting. It is also available for mannequins from other ranges on request. It is possible to switch from one fitting system to another on any mannequin at all times. Wigs – for various looks All wigs are made with kanekalon fibres and enhance the versatility of the mannequins as they can be styled, blow-dried and washed just like real hair. Safety Steel Cord Almost all sitting mannequins have an intake for the Safety Steel Cord. With this steel cord the mannequins can be secured when sitting on shelves in the sales area. We do not only offer decades of experience, but also a deep understanding of brands. In addition to the 31 clearly defined collections, this regularly results in customized client-developments, which are perfectly in line with their brand identity, character and design language. We develop individual mannequin concepts for the POS that perfectly reflect the brand DNA of the customer as well as their market position. There is no limit to the design. We take our time, listen, advise and develop design proposals. Sometimes, a unique surface can set a decisive accent to complement the shape of the mannequin.

But even practical concepts such as individual labelling for the handling and storage, competent commercial support with profitability calculations and a worldwide distribution network for optimized supply services in all continents are part of our customizing approach as a Visual MerchanÂdising expert.

Thanks to our sevenstep quality control system, we achieve the best results every single time. Internationality is our standard. Therefore, the GENESIS mannequins come with assembly instructions in several languages as standard. Due to our sophisticated technology and the implemented materials, purchasing

one of our mannequins is a long-term investment and sometimes comes at a considerable cost. We therefore offer all of our customers â&#x20AC;&#x201C; except in the USA and Canada â&#x20AC;&#x201C; the option to rent or rent-to-own. This gives our customers more flexibility for their companies. If they do not require a complete mannequin, upper and lower body parts can be ordered separately. Our high-quality standards are also reflected in the warranties that we offer. All of our customers receive a three-year warranty on all mannequins as well as a ten-year purchase guarantee for all spare parts.
