Grades K-5

Looking for some place to go and something to do on school days when your child is off? Look no further! Klub Fun is a restructured recreational program that includes field trips, indoor special events, special guests, gym time, craft activities, and an afternoon snack. All this fun is included in the fee so prepare to have a blast! There is no transportation to or from Klub Fun. Wear comfortable clothing, closed-toed shoes and bring a sack lunch. Klub Fun withdrawals close seven business days prior to the Klub Fun day or the first Klub Fun day of a break. Refunds are not provided after this date. Late registration is subject to a fee and waitlist. Early dismissal days will be held at a respective school site.

Lunchtime Fitness Buffet

Ages 16+

Grab your workout shoes and join us during the lunch hour to burn off those calories! Classes will last 30 minutes; it’s the perfect way to sneak in a healthy workout during your lunch break.

Early Morning Mix

Ages 16+

Whether you want to get in a quick before work workout, or just start out your day with exercise, this class offers everything from muscle work to cardio.

Class will not meet on Sept. 4, Oct. 9 & Nov. 23

Zen-Yo Tone

Ages 16+

Tone by using the body’s resistance and light weights while moving slowly through yoga poses. No yoga mats required. Please wear gym shoes. Get ready for a fun class!

Class will not meet on Nov. 7

Shape & Tone

Ages 16+

All ages and fitness levels will benefit from this 45-minute, body-shaping class. The workout will emphasize toning all major muscle groups of the upper body, lower body and abdominals. Kettlebells, Resist-A-Balls, body bars, medicine balls, tubing, and hand weights will be used to achieve a strong, healthy look. Studies have shown that resistance work gets your metabolism up and keeps it up for a number of hours after the workout is over. Join us and have fun while “revving” up your metabolism and shaping your muscles.

Easy B-Fit

Ages 50+

Calling all active older adults! Are you new to fitness, need to get active, or want to stay active? Easy B-Fit will focus on your individual needs; provide you with a variety of fitness equipment and activities; give you the cardio, strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility you desire; and make it fun to be fit.

Cardio Silver

Ages 50+

If you are an active, older adult looking for a good cardio workout, this is the class for you. You’ll get your body moving and won’t regret it. Class will not meet on Nov. 24

Trx

Ages 16+

If you are looking for cardio, look elsewhere because this is nothing but total resistance exercises! Use your own body weight with TRX suspension to push your strength to greater levels. This class is not a beginner TRX-level class. TRX cannot be used as a make-up class for other classes. Sorry, no walk-ins for TRX. Space is limited.

TRX Lite

Ages 16+

Learn basic TRX exercises to increase strength, balance and core building. This class benefits all fitness levels. Good for people with osteoporosis. TRX cannot be used as a makeup class for other classes. Sorry, no walk-ins for TRX. Space is limited.

Holiday Pop-up Classes

Ages 16+

Pop up & pop into a holiday week of fun pop-up classes! These classes are free to those already enrolled in any fitness or yoga class this fall session. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing us! Not signed up for a fall fitness class session? Pop in for only $7 a class. Try Fusion Fit, Shape & Tone, Foundation Yoga, or Cardio Silver.

Yoga is available for $12 per visit, and general fitness are $7 per visit, unless otherwise noted.

Beginning Yoga

Ages 14+

Beginning yoga will help you improve flexibility, strength and endurance. Learn relaxation and breathing techniques to pave the way for a healthier you. Wear comfortable clothes to class. Please bring a towel and yoga mat.

Flow Yoga

Ages 14+

Flow yoga combines the ancient practice of Hatha/ Vini yoga, along with breathing to flow from pose to pose. See improvement in strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. A working knowledge of yoga is suggested. Please bring a towel and mat.

Class will not meet on Sept. 4, Oct. 9 and Nov. 22

Relax & Renew Yoga

Ages 14+

Relieve the effects of chronic stress by practicing restful poses to soothe and regenerate the mind and body. Go home feeling calm and relaxed. Yoga experience is not necessary. This class benefits all levels.

Class will not meet on Oct. 26 and Nov. 23 and 26

Gentle Chair Yoga

Ages 18+

If you are looking for a slower-paced atmosphere with safety and comfort in mind, you will find it here! Yoga is a form of movement that adapts to your needs and abilities. This class is suitable for the less athletic who desire to be stronger, fitter, and have more flexibility and balance. Learn to breath correctly and make the mind calmer, increase mindfulness and pave the way to a positive approach to life. Want to try the class out? Register the day prior for $5 per visit.

Yoga for Bone Health

Ages 14+

Osteoporosis is a serious disease, which can lead to bone fractures due to low bone density. Learn to do yoga safely through evidence-based science. Strengthen bones without endangering joints. A must for people with low bone density. Learn how to be safe during yoga practice even if you do not have osteoporosis.

Foundation Yoga

Ages 14+

Explore poses from the ground up while learning how to align, open, and strengthen the body gradually. We’ll finish class with stretching & renewing the body.

Class will not meet on Nov. 24

Crystal Bowls

Ages 16+

Relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Join Mike McGuigan, who has over 20 years of experience as a multi-instrumentalist. Enjoy the physical and mental experience while listening to the crystal bowl sound vibrations.
